As someone who has, over the years, done a metric shitload for the fandom, I have to admit that I never saw it as a REQUIREMENT in order for me to speak my opinion on something. In fact, I always considered it a bit silly.

Everyone should be allowed to express their opinion regardless of their contributions and as long as you collect Transformers I feel each of our opinions is equal to another as far as the fandom as a whole goes.
