I'm pretty sure sexual assault is still a crime. I mean, yeah, Hillary is no saint and shady as all hell, but to act as if Trump is some innocent, upstanding member of society is somewhere between naive and hypocritical.
I don't know what alternate reality you are from, but he is NOT guilty of sexual assault.

This was pretty big news fairly recently, he lost a lot of republican supporters after this came out. (The entire Bush family was supporting Hillary, for instance) I guess you just didn't research who you were voting for. It's cool, that was apparently a big problem on both sides this election.

How is that sexual assault? Not only was that ten years ago, and not only was that only a comment, and NOT ONLY was that just guy talk, but that was also something that he said he regretted saying. That recording was also probably highly-edited to give you lack of context.
In summary: You will have to try better than that.
What about Bill Clinton's pedophilia and Hillary's protection of it? Sexual assault of underage people seems a lot worse of a crime than just a crude comment about female genitalia.

Oh, and numerous women have come forward saying that, no, he wasn't just having "guy talk."

Did he touch anyone? Hm?

Are you that **** naive to believe that words are harmless?

If it's a choice between a heathen saying stupid things (that he has publicly apologized for) and the wife of a pedophile, I'd go with choice number one.

Burn wrote:That's not answering my question.
And he only apologised once it became public. Had he not been caught out he wouldn't have apologised, so as far as I'm concerned, the apology wasn't sincere.

SillySpringer wrote:There was no point of bringing up something like that during an election. He probably didn't even remember that till it was publicly shown.
Has Bill apologized for his pedophilia?
The only lesson I'm getting out of this is that we should never say stupid things.

I'll be 20 next election, so yay.

So lessons for when you finally get to vote in 2020: Actually research who you're voting for, because not everyone is who they say they are. And the parties aren't split into good and evil, like I thought when I was your age, it's way more complicated than that.

Politics in general do this. It's why we don't have threads about politics, they all end up the same way.
