The only way to get more exp and raise your level is to keep fighting.

As for Energon... well, you might want to pop into the Decepticon forum to see how you can earn a bit more... Hope that helps, and welcome to the game!

I've sent some energon, but as Windracer wrote, the hunts are the best way to get energon (Psychouts thread that's the best place now to get €)
