It was answered that Hound and Sunstreaker were the Autobots standing behind Prime coming off the shuttle at Autobot City, but I'm still looking for why this is an error for them to have been in that shuttle.

I want to say they were already on earth. I believe Hound was helping Kup with Huffer putting the road block up when Hot Rod and Daniel crashed through it on their way to look out mountain. I want to say Sunstreaker was on earth also.
