Hey guys I had a lucky day today.I walked into my local Target today and found and endcap with a few Ultimate Bumblebee's on it but no price lables on the end cap.I took it over to a wall scanner to check the price but it came up as not on file.........Knowing it must be over $60 buck but wanting to be sure I took it up to a cashier to have them scan it for me to get the price.But it was still not on file so she called to the toy deparment to find out.The associate called back and told her it was $ 19.99........they made a mistake and gave me the price for that play school Bumblebee can you beleave it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always a great feeling when that happens. $20 is the sale of the century.

The zellers near me alway puts the TF out before they are supposed to and like in your case they are never in the computer.

I had a few weeks where I was buying deluxes for the cost of robot heroes 2 packs!

This happened to me one time... not for a TF but for a Digital Camera... the Sony H3. It was brand new stock and they priced it at the Sony H2 price... got it for $200.00 off the retail price.

I went back the next day to see if I could snag a couple more but they fixed it.

Nice work man, no sarcasm,

1.) the store computer is obviously not programmed right

2.) it was the employee of the store that messed up

3.) even if he told them the real price, they could not have rung it up as that if the item was not in the computer at all.

if it were me i wouldve asked if anybody on this forrum wanted one at that price and hooked it up.man i sure wished that wouldve been me i would have grabbed like 6 and then passed on the savings to first 6 who wanted a ult bb for $20 +shipping.good fine though.

This always bothers me, not when some one falsely tries to get a wrong price, but for instance the 6inch 3inch Target Titanium debacle, everyone was all over that, but sometimes people pout when some one gets lucky because of them "knowing" the right price.

I have to bring up the penny Red Alert Issue at TRU, it was not my fault that is what they priced it at, I knew why it was but it was not my fault they did not toss it.

If I knew for a fact that it would work again I would.........and if I had had more then $50. bucks to my name for the rest of the week I would have at least bought 1 more but I'm brook.My doc's wont let me go back to work and I still have back to school stuff to buy for my daughter.

+1 for your Transformers collection, -1 for integrity.

I don't see it as retail "revenge". It is a dishonest action taking advantage of a retail mistake. Had it been on clearance, that would be different.

I really didnt take advantage of nothing.....the item was not showing up on their computers and was not on file in their system.If they would have waited to stock their shelfs untill the item was inputed into their system it would never have happenrd.Or if the maneger that made the desision had done a little leg work and gotten the price and plased it on the endcap with the merchandise again it wouldnt have happened.
And remember its not like I changed the price or the labels.....they called back to the department and on of the toys department members gave the casheir that price!!!!So my integrity is not in question nor have I truly been dishonest.

I don't think you were dishonest in the least. You paid the price they asked for it. It's not your fault they asked the wrong price.

If you went to buy a new car and they 'accidently' offered the car to you for thousands less then the car is worth, that anyone would tell the car dealership, "Hey wait guy, you said Ten Thousand, but this car is worth Fifty Thousand, so I'll just give you Fifty even though you only asked for Ten."

That'd be ridiculous. You had some awesome incredible luck man, enjoy it, don't let anything bring your good mood down.
