Page 2, chaps!

Has anyone made an order from Xybertoys recently? I placed one about two weeks ago (20th February) and it still hasn't even shipped. It just says "Payment Received, Order Processing".

I've ordered some stuff about the same time as that. The money's gone from my bank with all notices. But I still ain't recieved anything either.....

That's one thing that always puts me off buying things online - the gap between your money going and waiting for your stuff.

So it looks like MP Megatron is out at the end of the month. I'll get in contact with my mate and see if he's getting any extra figures.

I'm getting might POed with BBTS and Parcel force. I ordered a simple CS Smokescreen off em...it should have arrived today, but now its impounded in a parcel force depot in brum and i need to pay an extra 25 quid in fees to release it

Ironic that I can get an unmodified TFC 06 into the country, plus a load of others from Hong Kong, but they stop ONE smokescreen from BBTS

including postage and stuff from BBTS, it works out at roughly 25 quid.

But parcel force being assholes, dropped a letter through my letterbox this morning, saying they're holding it at a depot and i'm being charged 13.50 for parcelforce clearance fee and 12 quid for VAT

Parcel froce are useless. They lost/stole my kiss Rodimus. I did get the money back in the end but I'm still without Rodimus, as the only ones I could find online after the first one didn't show up were going to cost me more then the first one, and that was more then I was prepared to pay for him.

I dunno why they're being like this, but Parcelforce and BBTS suck totally. They may have decent prices, but they're generally out of stock most of ther time.

I'm gonna rip Parcelforce a new one with this...cause I've paid for the toy, with shipping, handling and customs fees ontop...so why am I being forced to pay double for it?

That should have been under the customs limit, I take it BBTS never mark anything as a gift?

This is why I stick with eBay sellers or Xybertoys.

The ammount seems like an unreasonable charge.

You can always follow the postwatch complaints procedure here.

First contact Parcelfarce with your complaint and if they still want your money report them to the regulator.

How much have you already paid for the figure & shipping to BBTS?

I'm a lot less disgruntled since my THS 0-2 Black Hybrid Convoy showed up. Had him on preorder since before Christmas. Now to open him or not... :-?

Since I'm currently trying to save some money my TF purchases have been zero so I've no rubbish availibility to report.
Though Jetfire off The Entertainer is tempting me.
More interested in acquiring some more Master Grade Gundam kits at the moment anyway, the Freedom Gundam rocks.
Need a new drivetrain for my mountain bike first though.

I paid $34.99 for him, plus $12 shipping and handling to the UK.

I thought that was very reasonable for it all. I expected to get it, like I had done with my first 2 orders.
