Why do certain icons for alt modes appear and then disapear?

I like this certain altmode icon. I reset my transformer but its no lonnger available for me to choose. Do alt mode choices chainge constantly?

The selection is rotated every two weeks. How often a given alt mode comes up for selection depends on its rarity. Core are always available, Commons come up every 2 or 3 rotations, Rare come up every few months.
