If they really want to do Nexus Prime right, his frame has to be different since one leg has to be a tank, and the other leg was a helicopter.

Now that you mention it, I kinda remember hearing that, but then it was retracted or something.

All the designers said when Nexus was officially revealed was that they were making dedicated Nexus limbs and that he can use Superion's booster/frame, the existence of a dedicated skeleton was never confirmed OR denied.

I think when the stock photos for Nexus leaked a few days before that presentation, a leaker said there was no skeleton planned for Nexus, but they also said there were no limbs planned in that same sentence and that got disproven almost immediately by the stream and now again with the listings, so now we just don't know. Maybe that back-and-forth is what you remember?

Maybe they'll do Heatwave turning into the frame, make it a 6-member team. If that means him taking a Leader slot then so be it.

About the leaks, they're likely to all be repaints/partials, right?

Sky Guard - Powerglide partial
Breakaway - probably an Aerialbot repaint
G2 Wildrider - G1 Wildrider
Alpha Bravo - Vortex repaint
Cybershark - Sky Byte repaint
Guzzle - Maybe Tarn or Siege Megatron partials? Maybe a new mold to make him chunky.
MW Starscream - Legacy Evolution Skyquake retool
New Prime - Better be a new mold, but who could it be? Sky Bound Elita Prime?

They're all solid molds so I won't be disappointed by any of these.

I don't think we've seen any evidence of Powerglide having vestigial 5 mm ports and/or a splitting waist to suggest he's combiner compatible, safest bet is that they're either both Aerialbot retools or that one is and the other is Blast Off based off the configuration Mark showed on social media:

My current suspicion is he's a Brawl repaint, assuming it is G1 toy Guzzle and not IDW Guzzle (or if it's gonna be G1 sculpt but IDW colors like Ironfist), since the kibble placement is mostly the same and I don't think there's a reason for Guzzle to actually be Voyager sized? In IDW he went from Minibot height straight to like Leader/Commander-sized across the Wreckers installments, and while I'm less familiar with Marvel I think he was just normal Deluxe sized there, which all-in-all would kinda work with Brawl's taller-than-most-Deluxes shorter-than-most-Voyagers height.

Possibly, none of the package refreshes were labeled as such in the listings this year (proven by Prime Cliffjumper), so we have no real indication at the moment if Vector (or Fangry for that matter) is the exact same figure again or a repaint/retool. At the very least they could just slap his symbol/logo on the Cyber Planet Key and call it a day, if they think that's sufficient and/or all the budget allows.

If I’m remembering correctly, Evan and Mark had mentioned a “new” Vector Prime, to Nick’s confusion. I’m hoping that they were implying an updated or improved version of the legacy figure.

If I remember right he had first said Nexus was the last Prime in the line and then was reminded of Vector and there was some indication it wouldn't be a straight refresh. I'm guessing a gold repaint, we'll see.
