I made it to my local Target with 15 minutes to spare. They had a nice section and two of the forward secitons of the isles had ROTF figs.

They had Leader Prime and Megatron, Deluxe Sideswipe, Sideways, Bumblebee, Preview Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide, Voyager The Fallen, Voyager Prime, a bunch of Scouts and some stuff nobody wanted. My TRU has the bgi display up but when I went earlier they still had their Terminator and Star Trek stuff up. No doubt they stocked it after they closed.

I got myself Leader Prime and am itching to check TRU tomarrow for Soundwave and I'll probably pick up Sideswipe. I'll hold off on Megatron for another week or so.

Went to Target/Wal-Mart and they were LOADED! Picked up scout Ransack (cool biplane thing), the Fallen, and then picked up Rampage at Wal-Mart. Wish I had more dinero, but alas. I've already opened up Rampage. He's pretty kickass, but there's an issue with the springs in his front legs that make posing him a BITCH--but other than that, awesome figure. Can't wait to open the others!

i scored : tf movie smoke screen, tf2 ironhide, side swipe, side ways, desert brawl, soundwave, and starscream

Am I the only one who thinks the movie lines Starscream is terrible? Same goes for Soundwave. I went and picked up Voyager Prime, Dexluxe Bumblebee, Skids, and Brawl. Most places didn't have all of theirs out just yet, so I will hold off until tomorrow.

I went to Target and Walmart near me and both were loaded.I went to target first and it was wave 1 only.Then to Walmart and they were really loaded they also had wave 2 figures.The funny thing is I never saw one Soundwave.I already preordered him online so no big deal to me.I only spent $90 today I'm sure ill pick up a couple more basics and deluxes through the next week.

I didn't see any soundwaves either at the 3 wal marts I visited last night ,I ordered him online also . I decided I'm going to hit up target and TRU saturday after my job interview

Some small groups of stores are going to have nothing but deluxe preview figures for a long time.I feel bad for those collectors and kids.

A friend and I found an undocumented fourth mode for Soundwave =O

Well, I wish I could same I am happy about my purchses today, but that isn't really the case. Don't get me wrong, I knew what I wanted when I went out, and I still think the figures I got are interesting, but there are a couple major disappointments. I bought 5 figures total, and at this point I'm only able to say that I MIGHT add Jetfire to the group-we'll see about that.

The first one I opened was Sideways. I absolutely love the Audi R8 mode, but the bot mode is just kind of boring-I should have waited for the Dead End repaint of this figure. Also, his feet are useless for keeping him upright unless you use the panels of the car (incorrectly transformed) to keep him steady. That is a let down.

Next, I opened Breakaway. I actually like his proportions quite a lot, and he looks good in both modes. We all knew his head looked kind of goofy, but that was expected. I do wish that Hasbro actually made him look as good as the figure on the package-those colors look so much better. Overall, he is the pick of the litter so far.

Third, I opened Ransack. I was seriously looking forward to this little scout figure, and that feeling went straight to hell when I got him out of the package. The second I touched the little turd, both arms and one leg fell off their pathetic little ball-joints. Let's just say I was less than amused by that.

Fourth was Sideswipe. He is one of the 3 "must-haves" I picked out right from the beginning. I picked out the best looking of the herd at the store hoping to get one with good paint. Anyway, just to let you know, good paint on the outside does not mean good paint on the inside. This guy has all kinds of scratches and imperfections. That's ok though, no biggee. I go through the transformation, and I actually think he is a good, fun figure. I am once again happy I went out today......until I do one more thing. I tried to simply make him stand up on the coffee table. WTF!!!!!

The ROTF figures so far have treated me very unkindly. One out of four is actually "ok" and "what I expected". Three out of four require props to stand up or simply break the instant you touch it.

So, number 5 is Leader Prime. I am too scared to open that sucker, because I don't want to be disappointed. Hopefully everyone else is right that he is a complete, epic win. I already screwed up and bought more than I thought I was, so hopefully some of you have some better stories than mine.

Well, I went ahead and opened up my Leader Prime. I am glad that I saved the best for last. I swore that I wouldn't buy the new Leader Prime since I already have the 07 model, but I'm really happy that I picked up the new one. He is seriously as good as everyone is saying he is. It didn't seem like he would be that much better judging by everything that has been posted, but it's all true. He is all around better and more accurate than the 07 Prime. He just redeemed my day as far as TF's are concerned. Even if you have the 07 Prime, this dude if completely worth picking up. Awesome.

So, originally, I was going to pass on this entire line...
This evening, my wife, baby boy, and me all went into a local TrU...
There were tons of figures there, minus Soundwave, and the Fallen.

There's been enough good talk about Leader Prime, and there's a good chance I'll get him.

went out first thing this morning planning on spending about 100 bucks....spent about 200...oops.

bought 14 figures and were happy with all except a few.

sideways looks awsome in car mode but bot mode is lacking...not sure in what way just really dissapointed in him.

soundwave doesnt look as good in person. just seems to short to me.

chromia sucks and i knew she would before i bought her but her bike mode looked to good for me to pass on her.

the fallens alt mode blows big time. correctly transformed it looks mistransformed. even worse than megatrons jet mode in my opinion.

though skids was a big suprise. i like him alot more than i thought i would.

same for ransack. to me looks like the transformer equivelent of a zombie or skeleton think hes awsome.

as i expected sideswipe is my favorite. just awsome.

all in all i like the line more than i thought i would so far.
