Stopped by my local TRU yesterday in my neverending quest for Animated Arcee, and they still don't have her, but they did have mark-downs:

Deluxe: $8.99
Scout: $5.99
Legend: $3.99

Unfortunately, they didn't have anything I wanted, so I left empty-handed.

other figures (Voyagers, Ultras, Reissues, etc) were regular price
