I'd check the tracking number in a few hours. It may just not have been entered into the system yet.
On my issue, I was actually on the phone with customer service (on hold while typing this). So, I initially called HTS and they said because it was a manufacturer's defect I'd have to contact Hasbro directly. When I talked to them, the standard is to have them pay for shipping back to them, confirm the defect, then ship me a replacement or a product of equivalent value, which could take up to 3 weeks. Well, this is almost certainly to go out of stock in that time. Long story short, after going back and forth with Hasbro and HTS, and two agents talking to their supervisors, HTS is taking care of me. I just have to purchase another one from the site (done! which might mean multiples can now be ordered... ) and they will send me the return label. I'll breathe easy when the new product reaches me, but I might be good now. Whew!
