Well, I'm planning on being more social IRL. As many of you know, and thanks again for your tired ears, I am not really great at the whole people thing. I'm going to try to be more assertive and less meek and quiet.

I don't make New Years Resolutions. I'm Never ableto follow through on any of the ones I have made, so instead, like Burn said, I just try to grow as a person throughout life at all times.

i hope lose a few more kilos. already lost 10 in 2013. unfortunately because i was very,very busy this year i wasn't able to keep to a strict training regime.
