I don't agree that either suck. If I was going to pick who'd win a Fantasy Battle between the two, however...
I like the fact that Mini-Cons can at times replace a larger transformer's weapon. Otherwise it'd be a tie.

My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

Some Minicons cant really think for themselves.....wHILE sPY CHANGERS CAN! I think that spy changers would pwn Minicons.

There are only eight SpyChangers and several dozen Minicons. SpyChangers are outnumbered. Minicons win.
