Fact is Megatron managed to get killed off in the FIRST movie.
Yea but they could bring him back as Galvatron.
Or as Megatron with new alt mode.
New toys to sell!
Or as Megatron with new colours!!

Yeah, but we still took out a few D-cons.
Specifically when the humans bombed Skoponok and when Lennox blasted Blackout from below.
Which was a crock.Humans should never be able to contend with any TF.
vectorA3 wrote:i don't buy the betrayal theory. It's too early in the series. They provided so little character background on the decepticons anyway that showing SS bomb megs on purpose would be confusing. They didn't show any power struggle between the 2. Not much else I can say, i gotta watch it again, but i feel this is an overreaction to the scene.

It's alluded to that Starscream intends to betray Megatron in both of the prequil stories.

definately, but i got from friend of mine that arent huge TF fans, say they thought Starscream was acting "shady"
one friend made two good points
1: Starscream goes for sam when he has the cube and Megs is busy with Prime.
2: when Sam is by himself SS lands on the adjacent roof top
almost like a vulture waiting for its prize.
i guess it depends on wheather the writers had the prequel written in thier head or not. It could go either way.

Maybe they don't have an idea yet where to bring it. Hence, intentionally left it vague.
