So what happened to the living autobot headmasters then? Time to call UM to sold the Mystery!
I think fenrir was asking about the full-sized Autobot Headmasters from The Rebirth. If their Nebulan partners are here, what happened to the big guys? Are they all stuck in vehicle mode now, being headless and such?Cyberpath wrote:fenrir72 wrote:Cyberpath wrote:It looks like the Headmasters' Nebulan counterparts seized their transtectors to fight Scorponok/Zarak.

They are there, sneak attacked by their Nebulan doublegangers. And teaming-up with them later to defeat Scorponok.
That what it looks like to me.

JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Huh, looks like Grimock ended up working at the same maid cafe Windblade and Cab (a guy in drag) are working at, owned by BWII Starscream. How the mighty have fallen... I like how the Crashbash body works for him.
It looks like Brawn, Grimlock and Flywheels have found the Hive City... which Flywheels thinks it's a shopping center (or it's posing as one) Note how it's not named "Scorponok" upon transformation, but "Gigantic Machine Scorpion"
The Neublan and the JP Headmaster interaction in the manga is a neat call back to how the Headmasters worked in the US cartoon, with the partner in a cockpit. It's more of a reversal of the norm in that the Nebulans control the whole body and the Headmasters are in the cockpit this time!
Also neat is that Grimlock and Brawn get their original vehicle models via their redecos Butler/Batora and Synapse! What's more, the combined modes are called "Two-In-One", the Japanese name for the Duocons! Flywheels gets nothing, ironically. We also learn a consequence of using Batora's capture mode: you're stuck like that every time it happens

Who are those two Hasbro commissioned Takara to make? The one on the right I am assuming is Thunderwing. The one on the left looks like Hotrod or Rodimus.

Rodimus Prime and Thunderwing. They come as heads only in the speed and strength Titans return sets. Rodimus was confirmed to have diecast. Thunderwing maybe
