WJ88, I understand where you're coming from, but Kup is perhaps the WORST example you could have used here. Takara Legends Kup is hands down superior to Hasbro's release in almost every way. Yes, it lacks Hasbro's combinable guns for a Titan Master to sit in, but it instead has his classic Titanmaster partner, an all new sculpt Takara made that Hasbro might never release. On top of that, Takara's Kup has a much better head sculpt, retooled shoulders and lower arms, and a color scheme and paint job that makes it look like their version just walked out of the G1 cartoon and onto our display shelves. Legends Kup is worth paying almost triple what it would cost for Hasbro's offering. Honestly, the difference is about as apparent as Titans Return Blurr versus Legends Blurr. You know which one everyone really wants.

I'm assuming some of the big online retailers/importers have a way to get around this. I'm not too concerned about 2,000 orders happening.
The fact that the previous legends reissues did not pass the treshold asked for tells me that its just TTMall. If there was a way to get around it through other retailers, then there would be enough demand for nothing to have been cancelled, which wasnt the case.
God I hope you're wrong.
To the extent that most people who wanted a Generations Metroplex had already gotten one, I don't think comparing the cancellation of reissues to two new releases is fair.
God... I really hope you're wrong on this one, Will.

Subjective, actually. It's an opinion. Objective means there is no dispute, it's a fact.

Max can't hold him one-handed like a pistol, but with the Quickswitch's legs extended, Max can hold him like a pump-action shotgun, which looks pretty cool.
Caelus wrote:A person could probably finegle a better look out of this, but this is what I was able to do without moving Max too much (which would have potentially knocked a bunch of other things on the shelf over). Mostly I'm impressed by the strength of Max and Plex's arms. My Metroplex is holding a golf ball-sized pyrite sphere in one hand.
I feel like this would look really good with Greatshot and Grand Maximus, since their color schemes seem more compatible.

Now all you need in that pic is a word bubble with a good Stallone or Schwarzenegger action movie quote in it

william-james88 wrote:But as Seibertron pointed out, these are new toys, so like him I am very optimistic that 2000 Japanese fans who will place orders. Also, I am sure several fans outside japan will also place orders by using a forwarding service where TTMall will ship to them and they will the ship to you (like Big in Japan). Anyone reading can do that as wellYou can ask Powered Convoy for tips on that, he does it all the time.

Constructbot guns, I think from Optimus Prime. I bought tons of Constructbot stuff just to customize my normal figures - make jet packs, guns, power armor, etc. For a while I had a bunch on Quickswitch just to make him look different from Sixshot.

Damn, that is brilliant.
