How long does something stay in US customs on average? My Hot Rodimus is in customs in Chicago. It's been there since yesterday. I know I'm just being impatient.

It actually varies a lot. In a former job, we'd get stuff from over seas. Sometimes things would release from customs in a day or two. Once, it took more than two weeks... #-o

Mine has been at customs in New York since Friday.

Sorry, Rodimus Prime, about 45 minutes after I posted this, I got notification that my MP-28 cleared customs. I hope yours gets out soon!

I am 100% certain Hasbro will release both due to the fact that there are no extra licensing hoops to go through. They are also popular characters.

I was thinking about it..why IN THE WORLD doesn't Has/Tak release the SAME DANG colorways of the figures in all markets?! It'll save money in the long run, right?! Maybe? Probably not..

So anyway, Hot Rod is gonna show up here in colors like his TRU MP, and Magnus is gonna have red pants and a different shade of blue.

Also, For Silverstreak, Prowl and Acid Storm, there were no differences between them in terms of colours used. So, sometimes it does happen that they have the same dang colourways. Also happened for the reissue of G1 Predakig, the Universe micromaster combiners, the TRU exclusive RID figures and half of the animated line.

I'm just glad MP-28 is nice and magenta like Hot Rod should be. I remember when we first got the DVD of Transformers the movie from Sony, I was adverse to the magenta Hot Rod. But more and more I really like it. It's more interesting than the burgundy of the G1 toy and most Hot Rod/Rodimus toys.
