Kinda OCD (or cheap) of TT on being anime "accurate" beginning with MP UM to not include a Matrix. If it weren't for ebay, we'd all be forced to buy an MP-10 just to get one.

Where do you get Hot Rodimus? Numerous people have corrected you. And I can appreciate that you want a matrix, but to call it "disappointing" that it doesn't come with one? I'm not sure that it's fair when not coming with one (but a lot of other goodies, I might add) sparks this sort of reaction.

And I would counter fenrir72 on this too. It seems perfectly reasonable for Hot Rod to not have the matrix (even if he has a slot for it) to pawn it off as "cheap" seems a bit harsh on Takara. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wasn't being serious you know "A". Just reflecting whatever possible negativity other fans would express. If it ain't the car mode, size, weight, lack of die-cast, back kibble Hotrodimus being the cause of Convoy's death etc...............

Thats the japanese name for Hot Rod, it's one of the two possible:

Japanese: Hot Rodimus (ホットロディマス Hotto Rodimasu), Hot Rod (ホットロッド Hotto Roddo)

So I'm guessing you don't have MP1 (giant Matrix) or MP09 (tiny Matrix, but TRU came with the..) MP10 (regular Matrix, also included in TRU MP09).

I actually forgot that the TRU MP Rodimus came with a full size Matrix, yet I had it displayed!

I still like my explanation as to why it's not included and the quest you have to take for MP28 to obtain it.

The paint is like having mini blisters and feels kind of thin........got the bloke waaaaaaaaaay back Xmas Eve 2004, so maybe 12 years will do that to a fig.
