Also went and saw The A-Team, highly recommend it.

Transformers War for Cybertron's demo is out on the 360. It's multiplayer only, with only two classes available, no real customization options (beyond weapons). Good news is, it's not horrible. Bad news is, well... there isn't really anything bad. It's not "zomg! This is amazing!" The one map is kinda meh. there's only team deathmatch and conquest available. Scout's invisiblity isn't as broken as it might seem, and tanks (warpath and megatron) can't oneshot things with their cannons. Though... it's still fun to snipe people with a tank blast...

I was wondering about A-team movie if it would be crap. Maybe i'm going to see it now...

I've already begun looking around for a good price for either a PS3 or X-Box 360. As much as I like the Wii, I have to face facts, it's a family machine and much more suited to my 4 year old nephew. I need something capable of hardcore violence!

The Wii is ****. Most of the games on it are garbage. Hell, the screwed up a really good Zelda game and delayed it over a year to put it on the Wii to boost sales. It's designed to do one thing, and that's suck up large amounts of money from people.

There'll probably be a demo for it later, but like I said, it's not that big of a deal. Within 6 matches for each class, I maxed out the level (which is only level 3 for the demo...). It's also plagued with host quitters who can't take getting stomped on.

Get an import machine and import the games. Just make sure you're getting everything from the same region. I dunno if it's still region coded on the 360, but I know the PS3 is.

For the second time in two months I am forced to conclude that Bush-era American did not, in fact, have the worst government in the western world. Yes, Bush too monitored (or at least could monitor) our internet use, but at least big brother could spy on us at high speed.

Yeah, Sony and Microsoft are in the money making business, but really, so is anyone who makes something. When I worked at gamestop, I had a lot of people excited to get the wii, then annoyed to find out you had to have all this perhipary crap to play half the games. Want to play something you bought off the wii store? Gotta have a classic controller. Want to have 4 people play, gotta have a wiimote and nunchuck for everyone. Wanna play online? Well, if you have a certain router brand/model (linksys) you have to either take it to a friends house who dun have one to download the patch, or pay to ship it to nintendo and wait 3 weeks. Some of the games want the classic controller as well...

That would seem to be a problem with people's expectations rather than the console. Still, this would seem to indicate that all of the current consoles suck, rather than just the Wii, as I'm not seeing anything here worse then the PS3 or 360. Except the games of course; When it comes to games the Wii does indeed suck.

It's not as amazing as you'd think. I bought a used 20gig PS3 from Gamestop when I worked there during the employee apriciation week for I think it was $200, then later on, picked up a hard drive for it from bestbuy (most laptop hdds will work in it) for about $130. It doesn't have the wireless or the memory card ports on the front, but I don't really need those anyway.

If you had it online, and had the serial number some where, the police should be able to track it. That's the way it was explained to me anyway, but my source is rather questionable.
