It's automatic, provided your payment information is the same now as when you signed up. It's only if you have to make changes that you need to log in.

Thanks. Although I'd still like to be able to log into the danged thing. Somewhat disconcerting. And I do wanna make sure my payment info's correct.

I"m able to log in just fine. I even logged out and back in again to check. If you're still having trouble, I suggest using their contact form.
Hopefully, it was just a temporary glitch. Such things happen.

They'll work with you if they're able. Just be polite.
If the "automatic" renewal was after March 16th or so, it wasn't ever going to go through, nor was it supposed to. If it was supposed to be before then, they can probably still work something out, but I wonder at this not coming up before now.

I have been polite. I only bit off part of their heads. No, I really have been polite about it.
My renewal was supposed to be in April, yes. Gods, this is so confusing...

With a name like that they'd have to add pouches all over the figure.

Is there one called "Do-Da"? 'cause that might explain it, but lead to another question.

It's a TFSS 4.0 figure, and all figures in this series combine as they all use CW molds. They are collectively known as the Mayhem Attack Squad, the Decepticon equivalent to the Wreckers from the Marvel comics (including the fact their roster constantly changes), and this iteration consists of:
- Needlenose with Sunbeam and Zputty (aka "Zigzag")
- Grabuge (aka "Ruckus", using the French-Canadian name, so it's not France French)
- Spinister with Singe and Hairsplitter
- Windsweeper
- Bludgeon
They combine into this fellow, designed after the most important character in the Marvel comics, Thunderwing:
Impactor (a retool of CW Rook) is the sixth figure in the set, and he'll part of the Combiner in the next series. The 7th Mystery figure will be a CW Deluxe as far as we know.
