Even though the current Mayhem limb-lineup jives nicely with Thunderwing's Matrix Questin' crew, Crankcase did show up on that one cover, so it'd make more sense to do him than finish off the Double Targetmasters with Quake from Brawl.
As much as I want them to do Crankcase and Quake, I kinda doubt either of them would be a character Karl Hartman lobbied years to get...
Also it's confirmed to be a deluxe CW figure.
Maybe the 2017 freebie and extra can be Guzzle and Quake since they like sharing molds for those two slots. That would just leave getting Crankcase so we can finish both the Decepticon double Targetmasters and Triggercons.
It'd have been much nicer to get them as a retail release instead of two superfluousteams, they could have made skylynx a secondary wavemate, and made the purple griffon guy (
) the main release

I'm confused as to what superfluousteams and what purple griffon you're talking about.

durroth wrote:I'll agree with that on one level but on another, the TFSS characters are, to most people, pretty obscure characters who haven't had a figure since g1, whereas the autobot rehash limb teams are all relatively well known characters that could be said to be in the main character lineup. In fact, I am amazed they didn't ignore the comics and throw a bumblebee retool of some limb or another at us.

I think the new reveal is his altmode, since the guns were shown in the mock-ups at BotCon.megatronus wrote:bluecatcinema wrote:So he's still a Targetmaster, on top of being a Combiner? Nice. It'd be awesome if his partners could attach to the combined form's weapon.
He's not just a Targetmaster - he's a DOUBLE Targetmaster!

So by your reasoning I couldn't "take Ratbat out of his package with Frenzy" (because I'd already gotten Frenzy with with either Lazerbeak or Ravage) but that didn't stop me from doing so!
Of course I didn't exactly pay for him either.

I specifically said "and buy it on its own". If you plan on sneaking into FunPub's warehouse, I'm not getting involved.

Looks like the front of the fuselage/backpack, and the front sections of the legs. though it might end up that the whole backpack piece ends up blue, I dunno. we'll have to wait for production samples as opposed to magical photoshops.Hellscream9999 wrote:So wait, is the top or bottom of the backpack painted? Any UK seibertronians on the board a member of the collectors club?
What sort of price would I be looking at for a club membership and a tfss subscription in our superior great british pounds sterling?

Depends on Hasbro, I think.Mkall wrote:I wonder if many future TFSS lines will have a theme like this one, or if they'll return to a more diverse line?
