aahaha don't get me wrong i love pwning @ games, but for this, i say try to be nicer coz other people might get really mad that they'd throw their controllers and end up hitting their collection.. lmao i could already see it happening

For those of you that pre-ordered, where did you do so? Gamestop has Shockwave, Amazon has Demolisher, and Best Buy has Red Alert, right? I am leaning towards Shockwave, even though I try to avoid Gamestop at all costs.

First off This demo has made me want to own this game even more. Wonderful gameplay mechanics, I do agree with an earlier post about the sniper rifles and shotguns, but it doesn't ruin the game. It's very fluid and doesn't feel slow at all. I wish they could've included more customization but that's ok. Can't wait til June 22nd.....cause Ultra Magnus will be reigning supreme!!!!!

Actually, Best Buy has Jazz, not Red Alert.

I pre-ordered at Gamestop, even though like you I try to avoid them, but that's mainly because they're the only ones in Canada offering any of the pre-order bonuses.

I preordered mine from Gamestop, so I'll be getting Shockwave.

I've been spending my day off before starting my new job tomorrow parked on the couch in front of the TV playing the WFC demo. I love it, so much fun. The graphics are fantastic, and it's nice to actually be on Cybertron. Glad I have this to hold me over until the game is released!

So, what makes you say that? Just because you chose one over the other and don't like their decisions? As someone who owns both, I can say freely that the PS3 is not superior. Don't get me wrong, I love both of my systems, and when it comes to single player games and graphics, the PS3 usually comes out on top, but with the money that you have to pay for the gold subscription, the online play and the operating system on the 360 is sooooooooooo much better. Also, they only did it on one system for a reason, its because they only had time to do one demo to focus on the actual game, and with more people being active online on live usually, that makes it the more obvious choice it seems. Also, as someone else stated earlier, with the gold cost, it also gives microsoft more money to bid on exclusives. So don't automatically say things to be negative to people.

Im glad some one understands how f*king mad I am. How much I want to buy the shitbox just so I can break it and send it back to them in a PS3 box. Im so f*kin pissed right now, that Im actually temped not to buy the game when it comes out. This just really REALLY pisses me off that theyd go out of their way and not give us PS3 owners a demo, now we have to wait 2 more weeks to play while others are already playing. This is BS. I am so mad right now I want to blow up a freking Xbox.

I know people who have been through 8 of those Xboxes already! And you have to pay just to get f*king internet, when you can get it on the PS3 for free! Why would the Failbox be so much better when you have to pay for everything? Xbox exclusives are fail too. What do they have? Gears of War and Halo, thats it, punk-ass 360.

they went out of their way to not give you a demo? I'm fairly certain it takes less work to not put a demo out for a game than it does to actually make one available. I'm sorry you bought the better console and are so awesome because you chose it, but you're getting too worked up. Yeah, it sucks. I'm always unhappy when there's things exclusive to one console or the other (oh MGS4 how I miss you!) but as plenty of people have said, it's very likely Microsoft paid some of the Gold Subscription money to secure an exclusive demo.

LOL! Im just mad that I have to wait 2 weeks to get a feel for the game. The only person that I know with a 360 is my cousin, but he lives 2 hours away, and I doubt he has an Xbox live on his anyway. I never seen him on it.

Well, they just got some bad hardware it seems. And yes, you do have to pay for quality. That seems to be the case with most things in the world. The internet connections and the way it is supported is what makes xbox live much better than the PSN. Also, cross-game chat. That seems to be something that sony can't seem to put a finger on. I've actually sat with both consoles on, playing my ps3 while having my headset on for my 360 just so I could chat with friends. And yes, they have Halo and Gears, and some others, but it is better than most anything the playstation can come up with, in terms of sheer numbers at least.

I've owned both a PS3 and a 360, in fact, i'm doing this reply on my PS3 right now. My 360 has crashed twice, and i do not feel like getting it fixed now after getting my PS3. But onto the topic, where has everyone seen that this demo is 360 exclusive? I have not seen anything of the sort, the video interview last week that first(at least posted here) mentioned a demo said nothing of it being exclusive. So no offense, but until i see an article or something that says it's an exclusive, i will very well expect the demo to pop up Tuesday on the PSN update.

:Edit: Hopped on the computer and googled, only 2 articles on the first page mentioned it being exclusive, but gave the source, and that's why i never heard it, since it was with that guy from Xbox, and i don't keep up with Xbox stuff anymore since mine died again 4 months ago.

It seems to me that the bots are fiddly to control and the enviroments arnt that easy to navigate and possibly arnt ideally suited to transformers alt modes.

Looking forward to getting my hands on the PS3 version but unless there are any proper online co-op modes ( I dont mean capture the flag etc ) then I think I will leave the multiplayer alone.

Played the Demo, leveled both classes up to 3 (max for now). They let you sample the weapons and Scout / Car and the Soldier / Tank classes. You unlock some abilities so you can see what you're getting into with them. Good balance so far, fun game. Pre-ordered it, and can't wait.

Hey UltraPrimal, sad that we had to wait for months to see only one Pre-Order Character made it up here when the USA had the 3 of them announced in February, eh? I even asked a buddy who works at GameStop, and no one in Canada knew until mid-May.

Still, I'd have gone with Shockwave anyway, so I can't complain at all. Go Canadian Decepticons!

yeah it's much easier to get killstreaks on this game but you can't use it on the demo

but like i said about the whole xbox/ps3 debate. most likely the reason why 360 got it first was because they had to money to bid on it. and that's one of the things that makes the subscription fee worth it.

as far as for ps3, if you guys haven't not heard/read articles online, ps3 will have a premium service that requires subscription fee sometime this year. so there you go for that, it'll make things even with xbox now. i mean don't get me wrong, ps3 has better graphics but the things that you can do on xbox is a lot smoother.

if it makes you guys feel better, i read it on ps3's website that ps3's will have an update that will let you play 3d blurays. and sterescopic 3d gaming's already out today! so that's a couple of things ps3 will have an advantage on.. if you have a 3d hdtv

anyways, i've come up with another glitch on the game, i noticed that when the server times out or you get disconnected from the game, you don't get the exp pts that you earn from that match. they should fix that or else that's another one way to throw your controller and end up breaking some of your collection

Not really. I wouldn't pay $70 some to get the MW2 maps a month early, when i could wait a month and get them on the PS3 and only pay $15 for them and the ability to actually play those maps. Plus it depends on how much Online playable DLC you plan on purchasing. I've never really seen an advantage at all with paying for a gold subscription. I've had a few month passes, and from what i played on XBL, it doesn't seem to be all that much more mighty than PSN.

and the PS3 pay features are only premiums(like possible cross game chat), online play will still be free.

yeah you're right for ps3's online play to still be free, but from what they've mentioned they're doing exclusive premium contents which is going to be like xbox. i mean all in all eventually both platforms will end up costing the same, the thing that will cause a problem is when they make exclusive things on one platform and not for the other. and for those IMPATIENT people, they will just get pissed, as we can see on this topic lol. so i guess for patient people and/or people that have both systems, is not really as big of a deal compared to people that doesn't have multi systems

hey we're a community here so we're basically a one big family (despite the arguments and what not lol). I'm actually comtemplating about which system i wanna get it for, but i noticed something!

xbox says online multiplayer is up to 10 people http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/t/transformerswfc

while ps3 on the other hand says it's only up to 8 http://us.playstation.com/games-and-media/games/transformers-war-for-cybertron-ps3.html

i tried using other sources like transformersgame, gamefaqs, gamestop, bestbuy, etc and i didn't see any other ps3 version that's saying "2-10 players" so idk if this is true or not, but just a heads up for everyone!

idk if anyone have mentioned it or noticed it because i'm new here although i've been spying this site for almost a year lol

but anyways, i'm most likely going for more online players so i'll probably be getting the xbox one (although i wish it had ps3's gfx). but at least i hope this helps for the people who couldn't decide which version to get
