Having no job there are a lot of TFs out there that I want but simply can't afford.
Below is my list. Lists can include TFs from any line new or old.

Platinum Yr of the Snake Omega Supreme
Generations Metroplex
Hercules set (3rd party)
Henkei seekers set 1
Sixshot (G1)
AM Breakdown

and many more.

Out of what's currently out in my area, I definitely can't afford anything expensive. Especially with my impending move I have to consider my purchases wisely. Surprisingly, most is Arms Micron. Yes, I have expensive taste :oops:

Just a small handful from the more expensive items:

- AM Arms Master Optimus (the Weaponizer one)
- AM Megatron Darkness
- AM War Breakdown (plus all repaints)
- Any promotional Microns

Right now, I'm trying to decide between these items, all priced roughly the same:

- AM Terrorcon Cliffjumper

- AMW Advanced Star Saber

It's not really a question of what I "can" or "can't" afford, but rather what I'm willing to pay for. If you can afford to buy a dozen Voyagers (over the course of, say, six months or a year), you can afford to buy a $300 Transformer. It's just a question of choice.

I've a want list that I keep on my phone called The Unicron List lol
I'd say 95% of the items on my list are from past/older lines, so the longer I leave getting them the odds are that they will go up in price. And new stuff keeps getting in the way of me tracking down the older stuff.

Henkei Optimus Prime
Titanium Starscream, Skywarp and Thrust
Music label Soundwave (sonic blue)
HA Barricade

Everything I'm after is easy enough to get hold of from the usual places. Hopefully Beast Hunters will give me the break I need to tie up some loose collection ends.

For modern stuff, my list would be:

MP-11 Starscream
MP-10B Black Convoy
YOTS Omega s'preme
AM Breakdown or Silas Breakdown
APS Striker Optimus
And maybe some 3rd party stuff like the Jumpstarters, Hexatron and others.

I'm currently in the market for display shelves and that's doing to put a dent in my budget!

The only things I want that I can't quite afford (yet) are some Beast Wars Lucky Draw figures. In particular I've had my eye on a black Magmatron (already have the Japanese exclusive Black Big Convoy) and a black Lio Convoy (gold clawed version, I already have the blue clawed version).

I did recently acquire 2 test shots/prototypes, so I'm quite pleased about that, particularly since I snagged one of them for only $30 (no one else bid on it, thank goodness

).

The 3rd party "Genesis" Omega Supreme. I've been tempted by it many times.

More than a few BotCon toys draw my attention as well, but I simply can't justify dropping $300-400 for SG Rodimus; especially seeing as he's not a member of OP's crew in the present storyline, so my BotCon 2012 SG Optimus doesn't need him flanking him in the display.

And finally, there's the 3rd party Reformatted Predacons. Because I've already set aside funding for the not-Stunticons instead, I already know I won't be getting the Preds to line up with Green Giant and FP Bruticus. I might get Razorclaw once I see the mold, but I won't be getting the full team for at least another year.

I've been going back and forth on Planet X Genesis for a few weeks now. I bought a YotS Omega Supreme and I am tempted to just buy another to open and use with my WfC/FoC loose bunch.

I canceled my MP-10B preorder last week and I'm still not sure how I feel about that :lol:

Not that I can't afford him, I just can't justify buying Fort Max. I would like to have him, but he wasn't a significant enough character, to me, to warrant that kind of money.

2008, the 2nd year I got into TFs. I knew real little then. Did not want to get repaints. I regret everything. Saw All those henkei figures for like $23 at retail and I passed. (Henkei was actually at retail). Argh. :sad:

Why? Why did Peaugh have to review Genesis and recommend it so heartily?

Doesn't he realize I'm already paying too much for toys this year? The new Hasbro toys alone...!

I'm losing my will to fight. I'll be so much happier with a WFC Omega Supreme....

And then Henry accepted his fate, refusing both cigarette and bindfold. He took to the internet and readied his credit card. God save him, if it is right he should do so.

3rd party combiners. They're expensive enough as they are; with shipping costs, even one set would be enough to flat-line my wallet. Okay, so I bought a Hot Toys Tumbler and Bat-Pod, but after those two, I'll have to let my wallet rest for a while before making another big purchase.

But like Myk, I can afford any HasTak offerings.

I was just thinking about this last night.

Here's my list (kind of works as the Holy Grail(s) for my meager collection):

Fracture (This one teeters on the brink pricing wise for a deluxe even though I love, love, love this mold)
Electro Static Ligier (Also nervous because there are KO versions out there)
Deluxe DOTM Lead Foot (Saw one go for around $60 the other day and was angry that I did not bid but part of me is angry at Hasbro that the only complete Wrecker set is cyberverse)
Japanese HA Lead Foot
G1 Metroplex (the new one will be mine, oh yes, that will be mine only because it's on my christmas list)
