32% first salvo on Dinox? Questionable. He was probably damaged going into the mission, which wouldn't be suprising considering how much energon that guy has. Probably can't even get full repairs done!

With 7 Fp to back up strafe I say it is plausible.

And looking at Dinox's team, the worst thing that the guy could do is Iron-botting, without enough energon that's suicidal. If Auto-CR is turned on, the energon will be cut down even if he goes into negative, but if he would iron-bot, he couldn't even start CR without the needed energon.

With 7 Firepower, very less questionable. But, more importantly, found a 122% of N_V when reviewing a 6 FP Maximal for confirmation. Already checked the previous missions on the other characters - they were in stasis or at 100% at their previous mission ends.
