This is the new game idea created by Burn and I, a combat league based in the Arena.

The short version...
- Choose one of your minions
- We give it 15 million xp
- You create a level 6 config
- Fight it out in the arena
- Compete in a league table

Anyone is welcome to apply, from the brand new L0's to the season veterans of 5 or 6 years, you will all be welcome.

Well, I read the rules and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to cover the energon requirements so I guess I'll pass. Oh well, thanks anyway.

Ah, but everyone will be in the same boat as you CT, I doubt anyone will be using the full armour or weapons avaialble until they have built more energon.

I have no doubt that KYAC will be all over this when he gets into work on Monday. Give it time, it's the weekend and numbers go down over the weekends.

We need more Autobots in there. I believe we still train the 'Cons in terms of numbers. Ask for donations if you have to to get sponsored. This is where we can start over if we have the numbers and participation. Everyone start on an even keel in this one. Lets get out there and show them what the Autobots are made of!

Well I have half a mil so what is left over after I buy my armor is up for grabs for anyone. I will donate all of it if needed and there is plenty of other autobots that will donate as well. Just sign up

I can help out where needed, though it will be in a limited fashion. Such as a couple tons of cheaper armor or a lower priced weapon. My energon reserves are low, but should be enough to fund the stuff I am equiping myself with.

Probably not as much as it used and probably not as much as it would help in missions since this is one on one. But it would be helpful none the less. Main ones are going to be speed and whatever feeder for the tactic you plan on using. Take a look at the iAcon post for some game mechanics.

Regarless you should join up anyway. Make a brawler and dominate. I plan to.

My plan is to make a 10 FP / 10 Strafe strafer with 10 STR just so she doesn't get stunned. 8-}

Ah, ok, after tinkering with the XP calculator, I realized that 15 million xp is a LOT. Most initial builds went to mid-L7 in fact. After a bit of tinkering to maximize, I went with this -

Tank with Gatling Gun

STR 10
INT 0
SPD 9
END 7
RNK 0
CRG 0
FP 10
SKL 3

Ram 9
Strafe 10

Thoughts -

Went with RNK 0 because Armor just doesn't do enough (anything, in fact) in my experience. Not to mention that it doesn't do anything vs tactics, which will trigger about 66% of the time or so each opponent's round.

Don't know if 7 END is a big waste. It was down to this or CRG, and I've heard from multiple people that CRG does nothing or close to it in the Arena.

Ram 9 is for redundancy purposes. I obviously want a Strafe to trigger since it'll deal more, but having a fallback secondary offensive tactic is better than Avoid (yuk) or just having to go with a normal attack in this world of SPD 9-10 everywhere. Plus, maybe someone will get cute and not run the full 10 STR (suicide imho) and I can get a couple of free shutouts. :mrgreen:
