I have no G1 Blaster OR Perceptor, and I've never had them!! I do have most of the Autobot cassettes somehow..shajaki wrote:Do you have a G1 Perceptor?
Unfortunately yes. I just had two stacks shipped on my last haul, fortunately each was over 150.D-Maximus_Primal wrote:Do I need to spend $150 at each location to get the free shipping? I thought it was overall?

They may or may not ref nd one of those kits. They are kind of ass when it comes to that sort of stuff.
Hmm.. Not sure I want to go that route for Perceptor..I kicked around the RTS version but never saw him in the wild originally.carytheone wrote:It's time to get your Blasceptor on. TFS has that 3p Perceptor on sale this weekend, Mugan Scope I think. I got him for less some time ago - I have mixed feeling about that mold.
That's a helluva deal on that platty set though.
carytheone wrote:NP, D. Hey, I'm about to snap some pics of Mugan Scope, sit tight.
No sweat, he was on my punch list tonight anyway. I got a few TF photo projects I'm juggling. Keep an eye open, 'specially you newsiesD-Maximus_Primal wrote:carytheone wrote:NP, D. Hey, I'm about to snap some pics of Mugan Scope, sit tight.
Thanks buddy. If they do the refund, I just calculated it out that I would only need like $1.03 to get free shipping, so yeah
It's been really long and kinda crappy week. But I do have a haul from tonight to show off here in a bit as well.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
After getting them all on, I definitely like the look. Didn't realize how much red he had and how it is now broken up nicely. There's some other details I'll show when Metro is in city mode, mainly the "window" effects on Slammer.Cobotron wrote:Stickers look goowood Crama Lama! I like how they tie him in with Plex with the chrome and the ener-glow bits.
They gotta start small, might as well strike the nerve center!!Cobotron wrote:So Galvatron and Thunderwing are gonna start their conquest to world domination at the county level, eh? Interesting tactics.![]()
Thank you for the compliment! It's actually quite relaxing, and it's usually a quiet activity unlike posing and transforming the bots for photoshoots. It doesn't help that I try to be super precise, there's definitely some stickers that have a pattern and the cutout doesn't balance around the pattern. Quite annoying when trying to line it up symmetrically!Bumblebee21 wrote:the sticker master![]()

Cary I really hope you find a Metroplex one day, so you can then find a Six Sigma, so you can then enjoy the awesomeness that they both are.carytheone wrote:You mean Sexy Sigma? I like the indoor lighting, looks great![]()
I just use a Sword of Exact Zero for placement (between heartbeats), then I use a little heat from my breath or fingers to help press them down. Steady hands and timingCobotron wrote:Cram, do you use a tool of some kind to help with stickers? Like tweezers, or a hobby knife?

Tried it, didn't like it. I did use the tweezer to press the ends down though, which worked well. Still prefer some fingers and the cap to or end of that hobby knife.Cobotron wrote:Cool. That is how I do it too. I've never used tweezers, but am curious if/how it would help.
Very nice! But I think you meant Fleece-Crested Scepter of Que-Teep.carytheone wrote:I use an olfa knife, this one to be exact.
There isn't anything special about it other than its super slim, replaceable pop a point blades and I've had it for years for handy man work.
I also use toothpicks to help nudge or set stickers where I want them. And I use toothpicks, fingers and q-tips to press the stickers down. For example I used a toothpick to trace the details on that gundam model and on Devy or the sides to press down edges in tight spaces.
Whoa whoa whoa. Too much effortcarytheone wrote:I also prep the area with rubbing alcohol to remove any finger or mold oil.
I was in a LEGO Movie quote mode. I'm sure that stuff is horrible on Transformerscarytheone wrote:Nail Polish remover?¡? That's typically acetone, M.E.K. or some hot solvent based. I'd be worried about it marring the plastic.
I'm assuming it's been good to go?
