Well, the UK version does, but as I said, the press release doesn't say if the US release will, even though the cover art says they do.

For the record, the audio plays are Davros (6th Doctor), The Juggernauts (6th Doctor), Terror Firma (8th Doctor), the entire I, Davros series and the exclusive The Davros Mission.

We seem to get the UK releases here in Australia so here's hoping.

Anyone else watch Time Crash on Children in Need tonight?

Without spoilers (since it'll likely be on youtube for those without BBC1 within a couple of days anyway) I liked the way that this can fit into the ongoing story without being essential viewing but can be just as easily ignored.

I did... it was fun... and supposedly, for those of us in the UK, BBC will put it online with some added material...

Loved it. Absoloutely loved it. And I laughed so hard I had tears.

Tennant really does do the Doctor well, but you really have to wonder just how much he was acting when it came to the "you were my Doctor" bit.

And of course, only 7 mins long and Stephen Moffatt proves once again how much of a great DW writer he is.

I nabbed it this morning and watched it.
It was nice to see Davidson in his Doctor's garb again.
Their interaction was fantastic.
I agree about the "you were my Doctor" thing.. It sounded more like a "thank you" than anything else.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

I loved it! Like Waaaaghlord said, I like how they fit the special in between the "lines" of the ending of Series 3 (which I just got in the mail today :)). A great little piece, and I hope it makes it to the Series 4 DVD set. I don't see why not.

I loved the mention of the desktop theme... that had me LOL'ing. Especially since I spent most of today screwing with a damn computer and changing all its settings :)

Gotta say, I loved that bit.

It's been a long while since we had a "Five Doctors," or "5 meets 7" and the like.

It'd be nice to see one reuniting the living doctors, Tennant, Ellecson, etc.

Oh I don't think either of the Bakers should come back.

Tom has aged immensely and Colin ... well he's just best forgotten.

A three Doctor team up between McGann, Eccelston and Tennant however ...

I've spotted a problem. Tennant remembers his way out of this crisis and then goes on to tell Davidson that the Master has just shown up again. Shouldn't he have remembered that and known that he wasn't in fact the last Time Lord for the last three seasons?

I thought 10th was asking the 5th what he was up to nowadays, like fighting the Master...

hang on, i think i can explain this one of two ways....

1) 5th wont remember stuff that 10th has see as it hasnt happened for him yet

2) timey wimey wibbly wobberly jelly

I believe that Tennant's line is "He just showed up again". My argument would be that if the 10th Doctor can remember having seen himself piloting the TARDIS during this sequence then he should also remember having told himself that. It just strikes me as a failing in the internal logic that this piece relies on.

But, yeah, wibbly wobbly.

That was damn good fun. Thanks for the link, I missed it on the night. And that line about "You were my doc" did seem like a little 'thanks' from Tennant.

As for this little logic debate, perhaps the 5th doc was paying attention during the crises, and something like that sticks with you, but a passing comment about the Master fades into obscurity over the many, many years. Or when the Master was killed finally later on (8th doc), he thought wibbly wobbly jelly time had altered the future, so the Master couldn't show up again, meaning he thought he was the last of the time lords. Continuity kept intact.

Davison had aged a little, but they managed to explain that away. Oh, that was a good part.

Really there's only about 100 years age difference between 5th and 10th.

However that's 100 years experience, he's bound to forget a few things, and he could have remembered the events as they happened having completely forgotten them up to that point.

Or we could remember it's a 7 min thing and not meant to be taken seriously. :P

Roughly 100, could in fact be 200.

I think at one stage the 4th Doctor stated he was around 700 while the 9th or 10th has stated he's around 900.

Or maybe i'm getting confused with Yoda.

I've come up with an explanation of sorts. Since the whole thing's a paradox maybe the memories only surfaced 'in the momment' and the timeline trying to smooth itself out would have blurred any recollection without that immediacy.

I do love reading too much into things.

Wibbly wobbly.

edit - Just reread Burn's post a couple up from this and realised that he'd already said pretty much the same thing. Must have just skimmed over that earlier

I asked for YouTube, not a download.

And it doesn't matter, cause I found it.

I take it you didn't actually click on my link Darth? It is a link to youtube, the link just comes up in that format because I found it through an AOL video search rather than an internal youtube search. I had tried searching on youtube yesterday but there were that many fan made versions and copies of the trailer coming up that I gave up on it. An external video search brought it up as the first response and I just copied and pasted the AOL link for the sake of simplicity.

Aside from that since this is obviously copywrited to the BBC I believe that it would be against site rules to post a link to a download version while youtube links always seem to have been fair game. I may manage to make a pain of myself from time to time but I do try to follow the rules.
