Hulk.. The more angry he gets the stronger he gets. It is unclear if He-Man's sword can penetrate Hulks skin (I am assuming it can)..
The only way I see He-Man winning is by decapitating Hulk (again, if that can be done with his sword).
It would be an interesting battle though.

Yeah this would be one great battle, From what I have seen of the two they are pretty equal in strength, but as stated when Hulk gets rolling into a full rage I think He-man would be in for a world of hurt.
