Um... You mean become "Animated Silverbolt" don't you? He couldn't possibly become a character from an entirely different series especially when their personalitys are so drastically different.

Yes... of course... Animated. I said BW Silverbolt so that people wouldn't think "Animated Silverbolt" based off of G1 Silverbolt (the aerialbot). Perhaps I should have said Animated BW Silverbolt. Whatever. Hopefully you know what I mean.

How about an Animated version of BW Silverbolt allthough personally I thought that was Prowl. (by personality, Prowl kinda reminds me of a cross between BM Silverbolt and BW Tigatron)

And what about Optimus Prime. They didn't make it too clear who was dateing Elita One and they both seem to have a thing for her.

It seemed like Sentinel was interested in Elita and Elita was interested in Optimus, with Optimus also interested in her but not making his feelings as obvious.

Then again, she could've been into both of them equally and would use their attraction to her to make them do what she wanted. Specifically, she wanted to explore the spider planet (Sentinel did too, but still) and used the guys' feelings toward her to keep the group from leaving the planet so soon.

While this may sound more like her Decepticon self as Blackarachnia, she could've still done this as an Autobot, but not as drastic as she is now.

After all, she as Blackarachnia was able to play around with the feelings of Optimus, Grimlock, the other Dinobots, and Wasp (all of which were interested in her), to get them all to do as she said in various episodes.

Looks to me like they took the gathered parts of the All Spark that Prowl brought together and placed them inside that continer that just happens to look like the G1 Matrix.

If that really is a new AllSpark container (which actully makes sence considering the original container allready looked like a bulky Matrix) then I wander what happen to the original container.

Actully regardless of if that is or isn't the AllSparks new container I still wander what happen to the old one. I think it was only shown one time after the AllSpark disburst showing Ratchet and Prowl placeing some fragments that they found into it and then it hasn't been seen sence.

BTW I was just thinking, in the episode "Boot Camp" they made a refrence to a Beast Wars toy Optimus Minor giveing Minor as a rank to Sentinal in the flash back.

I was just thinking if they ever make a season 4 or a spin off there's another toy I think they should refrence for rank. I don't think Hasbro has the rights to use the name Hot Rod anymore sence his G1 Reissue was called Rodimus Major (Not sure about the spelling I think there was an "i" in there somewhere.) when I saw it at Toys R Us. And any toy reincarnation I've seen of him seems to use some veriant of the name Rodimus rather than Hot Rod. I think the G1 Reissue was just to seperate him from the G1 Reissue Rodimus Prime sence that's the only time I can remember Rodimus Major being used for Hot Rod.

No actully Sabrblade was the one who said that. It was in the quote I had on the same post you quoted. Here it is again:

Nope, essentially Sabrblade said that the Prime title was added based on design and I was correcting him by mentioning two versions of him would have the wrong names if that were true.

I didn't say you did say anything about thoughs spicific characters I just used them as examples.

You're seperating them as Hot Rod/Rodimus and Rodimus Prime. Hot Rod was originally a car and the term hot rod that he got his name from is actully refering to a car. So you seemed to be saying that any version of him as a car which would normally be called Hot Rod but they don't have the rights so they simply call them Rodimus. However Animated is based on the Hot Rod car design yet is still a prime. By process of elimination anything that isn't a car would be Rodimus Prime Energon wich is a truck should of been a Prime.

Basically if they still had rights to the name Hot Rod any of the car versions of him would of been called that sence a hot rod literally IS a car.

This will be really confusing if you're not paying attention to cap lock.

Does this topic even have a perpus anymore? The conversation seems to just die between episodes. Right now it's just random speculation about weather or not there will be a season 4, a spin off series, or if Animated is just done for good.

And BTW That last part had nothing to do with how cap locks should be used. It was just easier for me to cap lock the character's name than to exsplain character vs car every time I said it.

It ain't official yet. He has yet to be referred to as such in any official material.

The others got their names from their toys (aside from slipstream, who has no toy of her), and the Liar has yet to recieve a figure of himself.
