It's certainly treating her better than any other series did.Name_Violation wrote:i think this episode was great.
i love what the've done with Arcee, but i also kinda wish most of the series didn't seem to focus on just her.

Intah-wib-buls?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Remember the last time a TF show focused heavily on a single character that turned into a bike and how that turned out?

Why? Dinobot is one of the best characters in the franchise, and Animated Prowl was a good character too.

Fear of Arcee being slightly more mortal than the rest of the cast?

Bingo, we have a winner.

Does anyone else think that Fowler is the human embodiment of Jazz?
To be fair, we haven't seen what Fowler's like on his day off.Shadowman wrote:Foxbear wrote:Does anyone else think that Fowler is the human embodiment of Jazz?
No, Jazz was way more laid back.

Or a combination of, as there are times where he seems less by-the-book as Prowl firmly is.Shadowman wrote:Sabrblade wrote:To be fair, we haven't seen what Fowler's like on his day off.Shadowman wrote:Foxbear wrote:Does anyone else think that Fowler is the human embodiment of Jazz?

I dunno, as it stands, he seems more like Prowl than anything.

Still has a ways to go to best Beast Wars, yeesss.iaconportland wrote:As far as cartoons go, this one is the best yet, with the exception of G1, of course (actually I think this far surpasses G1 but as a big of a Geewunner myself I have to hold G1 to a different standard lol)...character development amongst the robots is strong, and the humans aren't overbearingly involved like they were in the Cybertron series.

The reason the Decepticons have legions of Vehicons at their disposal is so they have an advantage in numbers and because the makers have a budgetary limit to how many new characters they can do per season. They wanted the Autobots to be fighting against the enemy in great numbers, but they can't go about creating tons of new character designs all the time. That costs money. The Cactus wrote:I've just noticed another niggle with Prime - Decepticlones. Disposeable enemies are fine for the videgames, but one of the best things about Transformers has always been the fact that both sides are made up of characters, and that the conflicts are ongoing and develop over time. Watching Bulkhead pummel the same robot 10 times without any dialogue or challenge just isn't all that much fun...

Besides, it's not like the Vehicons can't speak. They've spoken several times, just not as often as the more important characters.

Yeah, though, too bad they only fight an army of Terrorcons once. The Cactus wrote:The reason the Decepticons have legions of Vehicons at their disposal is so they have an advantage in numbers and because the makers have a budgetary limit to how many new characters they can do per season. And to be fair, the fight against all the zombies is pretty badass... Yeah alright, I'm sold. Prime = top notch!

The Cactus wrote:I've only just started watching Prime and am really enjoying it (although I do lament the lack of a proper 'Robots in Disguise' theme tune). For some reason I find it kind of irritating that so many of the character designs are lifted directly from Animated, and Megatron's alt mode is lame. Those things aside though, I'm loving the dark tone and the humour!
