Well, this isn't the first TF cartoon to use an Villain of the Week format. Animated did it for at least its first season, and that proved successful enough.dreadwing95 wrote:TurboMMaster wrote:This is show is... something that creates incredibly mixed feelings in me. After watching all this stuff I'm feeling that I should hate it, but strangely... I don't. This isn't Transformers Prime, but isn't so bad as I though. Monster of the week formula works suprisly well in Transformers, but I hope they will give us something new after time.
yeah the monster of the week does work really well for some reason. when i watch something like power rangers anymore i get incredibly bored. i think its because the characters are more interesting in this than in power rangers. this show really knows how to balance being kid friendly with being entertaining for everyone.
Having read synopses of the first 13 episodes, after more Cons are introduced, more things are gonna happen in addition to (but not in the place of) the Villain of the Week format.Burn wrote:After watching the latest episode it made me realise how the 'Con of the week stuff has gotten old really quickly. They need to do something different, even if only for an episode or two, just to change it up a bit. Otherwise this show won't be going anywhere.

He was going so fast I couldn't tell.psj333 wrote:Sabrblade, I`ve always thought that Terrashock was garbage truck, but according to the TFWiki.net site, it states that Terrashock is actually not a garbage truck, and not a dump truck, but rather an armored truck. After seeing the footage that just aired on Austrailia today, is that really a garbage truck, dump truck, or a armored truck?

Yeah, I was surprised by that. I thought perhaps it was my PC, since it was handling a bunch of tasks, but my laptop, Windows 8.1 tablet and my HTC One (m8) are all quad cores with 2+ GBs of RAM and none of them could play it without freezing or jittering.
Watching the video move, then freeze, making it feel like Transformers and Godzilla had a baby was just awful.
Dailymotion usually isn't that bad, especially at 480p resolution (that's not even High Definition, it's just Progressive Scan) and it just refused to play well.

No accent. He just spoke like a tough but slightly dim person. (Staff edit by Autobot032: No, you cannot post that.) Nor did he sound young. But then again, Kevin Michael Richardson isn't known for voiceing many young-sounding characters.psj333 wrote:Sabrblade, since you guys watch Episode 5 from dailymotion.com, judging by the footage, is Terrashock a very young Decepticon to begin with, since that he is the muscle of an elderly Seeker named, Contrail, due to the way he reacts and his ranks? What accent did Terry spoke in the film? Note: Terry means Terrashock for short.

Though, it doesn't matter how old or young these characters are. That's useless information that you're not going to put on TFWiki.
