do you do any writing for TF wiki? I swear their entry for Pretzel Logic was blank last night, and now they have the characters up. Probably just starting to ad info because it is such a new episode.

Scavengers are practically done for, the Mini-cons are free, Starscream's back, Optimus is back, there's a hostage situation... this episode really wasn't short of content.
And yeah, that Dark Star Saber... really? Like. No-one went looking for it after TFP? It's only one of the most dangerous weapons known to Cybertronian kind. And even if they did go looking for it, when they failed they just figured 'eh, whatever; not that big a deal' and left the planet without keeping watch just in case? Aaaargh. It's nice to see it show up again but every time a cool callback like this happens it always brings up more and more questions.
Hopefully they'll explain what happened to Starscream after Predaking attacked him.
In any case, good episode! And it was nice to see the twist of the obviously-shoved-in-kid's-lesson-of-the-day not get resolved by the end of the episode and actually factor into the plot and character a little bit.

You claimed that the Scavengers were killed by Starscream. Wrong. Look at the episode again. Starscream may have thrown the Scavengers into the sea, but they are certainly not killed or caught. Since that crabs and lobsters do know how to swim, I believe that Clawtrap and Therimdor will find a way to save their friends by getting him out of there. Furthermore, this may likely the debut of a brand-new shark-like Con as predicted earlier, as it was confirmed that voice actor, Christopher Swindle, will be voicing a Con with big teeths and fins. Then, following after that, the Scavengers will likely engage in combat with Starscream's men for being racist to animals. To me, I think that Starscream is racist towards animals. Do you?

Wait, WHAT?!
Well that certainly explains why things are moving along so quickly, gosh.

Steve Blum has been the voices of Polarclaw, Ransack, Backtrack, and Aerobolt, so he's been back before now.D-Maximus_Primal wrote:Kurona wrote:D-Maximus_Primal wrote:Great episode. Yep.
But having Starscream and Steve Blum back makes it all great

Actually this is just the next block of episodes (episodes 14-19 of season 2)...not a "short season 3" as most believe...Even TF Wiki, and Wikipedia cant seem to figure this out for some reason...don't know why...its pretty obvious...we'll probably get another block of 7 episodes in a couple months to actually finish off season 2. Mid season breaks, even in animation are pretty standard now.

Funny you should mention that. I dont collect any of the toys for RiD (my son has 2 deployers and some mini-cons but...) I heard about some SNAFU with getting Paralon (TRU exclusive) out before Scorponok. I actually just started seeing Scorpnok at 2 local Wal-Marts. --Just wondering if Scorponok, or any of the RiD figures have been declared rare, or low production run?

It's all a confused mess. And then the US still doesn't have the air dates for the new episodes even ready yet

I found a few of the newer minicons (not sure which wave they were...they were all Cyclones) at TJ Maxx, but "discounted" to $6.99, there was no way I was paying that price for them.
