Ooh, gonna have to try that when I get home. Not sure how well it will work, since she tends to be pretty back heavy already.

This also should work with Generations Jhiaxus's guns as well, Windblade can hold them (Windblade and Arcee have the same hands right?)

Not sure if it was in this thread or another, but someone mentioned that about CW Silverbolt.

So, I have three Masterpiece Decepticons. Two of them are Soundwave and Megatron. (I suppose I actually have eight Masterpiece Decepticons then, if you count the cassettes.)
Anyway, my Megatron also has the third party stock and barrel extensions because, let's face it, his G1 gun mode doesn't look right without them. The problem for display purposes is, of course, that the barrel extension is kind of heavy and can cause Megatron's barrel to droop rather noticeably if unsupported.
My usual solution in the past has just been to prop it up with something like a couple of extra cassette cases stacked on top of each other. Of course, while better then leaving the barrel unsupported, this was still not the most stable display option, and they would often fall out and need fixing.
You can see the cassette cases being used for this purpose in this older photo here:
The other day, I needed to temporarily empty out the bookcase I display these figures on, and since these figures tend to be more sturdy in their alt modes, I transformed them as I moved them. When I was putting everything back afterword, I thought to myself, "Been a while since I displayed these guys in alt mode. Think I'll leave 'em that way for a while!" And when putting them back on the shelf, it just dawned on me that Soundwave himself was the perfect height to offer his leader that much needed support, and much sturdier in doing so then a couple of empty cassette cases!
Thanks, Soundwave!

They are part of the Reprolabels (or Toyhax, or whatever they are called these days) set for Masterpiece Soundwave. And it is worth noting that the set includes two options each for Frenzy and Rumble, so you can have it whichever way you prefer for which character is red and which one is blue.

Great thanks, really like the opinion of choosing which colour you want Rumble/Frenzy to be, nice touch.
PS Rumble is blue!

I thought it was because he's a guy who already got good legends size and excellent deluxe sized classic/gen/chug/whatever figures and the new toy's a cheap redeco that thus leaves off a major characteristic he's known for (the turret chest).
It's very cool you found some uses for him, though, don't get me wrong.

It's that too, to be fair, but it really is a good figure. The paint and colors are great, the new headsculpt is fantastic. Yeah, no cannon chest, but I likes me some Warpath, and this does a good job in my book. It's hardly the "lazy repaint" some people have called it out to be.
It's Hasbro's best use of this mold by leaps and bounds.
