I think it's Rewinds

Haha, yeah. One of the first things I did with him was turn him into a mech suit of sorts!
Edit: Oops I don't have a pic of the reversed legs, but it was basically this

Madeus Prime wrote:Actually, mine was using the car mode with the arms acting as legs and the hood part folded to form feet.

Now, I have a question. I own a version of the Cybertron Voyager Starscream mold, it's the Dirge repaint.
Now, I noticed in vehicle mode there's clearance between the arm/wings and the legs/the rest of the plane body in plane mode. My question here is, is there a way to collapse the arms closer to the body in plane mode? Because it LOOKS like there COULD be, but I havn't found a way yet. I don't wanna break the thing trying in vain though, so I was wondering if anyone had found anything?

You're talking about the Galaxy Force one that never made got released in Starscream colors Stateside? I own GF Starscream and there is unfortunately no way to collapse the arm/wing assemblies toward the fuselage. The clearance is there for articulation purposes and I guess they didn't think to go complex enough to make it more streamlined in alt mode.

This is the case with my Universe Dirge as well. It also was the case with all of the Legends sized versions of this mold.

I think you have two releases mixed up:
- The Deluxe Energon Prime mold was bundled with the smaller version of Energon Megatron
- The Starscream you're thinking of had the red and grey switched, making him look like Thrust, and was bundled with an unchanged Vector Prime

Yeah, I think this is the only one I recall being released here in the US.

And now that you put it like it is in Thrust colors, JelZe, I am compelled to find and acquire one....
Optimum Supreme wrote:I really love the very G1 accurate deco on TR Scourge, but there was one nagging problem. The thighs were blue instead of gray.
No more. One fairly easy thigh transplant later and I'm even happier with the look than before.
Now it's pretty much as close to the original toy as it could be (accounting for the headmaster gimmick and different weapons).
No pics of alt mode, as the changed out parts aren't really visible when transformed unless you peek through some gaps.
You may ask "what about the donor figure?" Go on, ask. No one? Oh right, you can't ask until I hit post... anyway here he is.
Works pretty good, IMO. I don't really care as much about this guy matching any older decos, and on it's own the color matches what the figure's already got pretty well. Again, still looks the same as it ever did in alt mode.
(Maybe this counts as a custom, but it's just parts swapping requiring nothing more than the two figures and a screwdriver, so I dunno, I'll put it here because I'm more familiar with this thread than the customs area. If I've erred please deduct the appropriate amount of energon from my weekly ration.)
