Thank you for your reply and in reading the sources at the site.
I'm sorry you failed to grasp the basic principals and facts presented to you. You've seemingly written nothing that disproves or effectively counters anything I've written before or the links backing them, so providing more citations proving more of the same isn't going to uncloud your judgment. There were more than enough examples presented, but it seems you lack there understanding necessary, as proved by the erroneous examples you gave.
As for hypocritical, that's incorrect too. KOs are "innocent until proven guilty" by virtue of whether they are a counterfeit or not (criminal law) or whether they violated IP (civil law). This needs to be proven by degree of whether the original product(s) had any legally protected aspects that are/were "copied". There are many nuances, which is why laws pertaining to copyright or other similar aspects are so complicated.
With physically stolen products, it's simply a matter of proof of whether the product was removed from one place illegaly or not, whether it was sold and who bought it. Usually, people buying stolen goods are except from prosecution, unless they've knowingly done so and/or the degree in which they've knowingly done so.
Nearly all of the YouTubers that review 3P or KO protects have clearly stated that they are as such, and cite the places they legally purchased said products. PvP et al, to my knowledge, have not done so, even after numerous comments at YouTube, TF discussion boards, social media and emails sent to them have asked them to. Not once have they admitted to their sources, or that the toys are legally/illegally sourced (with proof). That's why even people, like myself and many others (even if we collect 3P or KO TFs) draw the line with the likes of PVP. They're not honest about their sources and flout YouTube regulations either way.
As for someone stating I'm a hypocrite, I don't care. If that person wants to remove posts by users such as myself that call PVP a thief (or allude to their connection with thieves), whilst employing name-calling language themselves, I think that speaks more about them than it does me. Regardless, I couldn't give a monkey's if it was more people too; I stand by my points and will continue to do so.
However, I thank you for your input. If you have any links to back up any of your claims above (regarding copyright law, KOs, etc) I would, after looking at them, be happy to add them to the main KO thread at Allspark. Until then, thank you for your time.
