I just want to echo what Cobo said. I didn't respond at first because I wasn't sure how Burn wanted to handle it, considering he was the victim of the attack. But I was watching. StuartMaximus, if you haven't already been banned, hopefully this is a wake-up call.

I had a Reese's cup this morning and it tasted really off. Don't you hate it when you get peanutbutter that's musty? You expect a yummy treat and then get a mouth full of what tastes like an old library book.

I made myself a club sammich tonight that was pretty spectacular, if I do say so myself.

On that topic, I went to this amish restaurant for my Gram's birthday this past Sunday. Goodness, did they have an awesome Reuben and homemade strawberry lemonade!

Honestly you had me at peanut butter and I've never met a sammich I didn't like.

I even like my new lunch breadless meat roll sammich blasphemy thing. A couple slices of roast beef, then a slice or two of bacon, layer of baby spinach, smear of guacamole all wrapped around a mozzarella cheese stick.

It's a pain to make and eat, but tasty

Does a sandwich HAVE to be between two pieces of bread? Or can it be any item placed between two items?
Some might say it's strictly a roll-up, and not a sandwich.

I like to keep my definition of a sandwich loose, so as not to deny myself what could be a delicious experience.

Well, I think it is Taco Bell that is doing this breakfast burrito or something that uses an egg as the fajita shell, so i think as long as it is a good that works as bread, it still counts! Chicken and waffles using the waffles as bread and the sriracha chicken breast as the meat is a great example and a personal favorite

Speaking of unusual sandwich-like objects, I had an open-faced burger for lunch today. Damn tasty it was too.

I think technically a sandwich has to have something sandwiched between something else. I'd imagine most people would define the part doing the sandwiching to be bread. I consider sammiches to be not just a thing but a philosophy. Ok that's reaching no I'd say a sandwich is more of a category of causal eating and typically lunch. So for me a sandwich can be a roll up, pita, burger, po-boy, taco, meat pie, etc - it's all the same and all good

But most importantly when it comes to sandwiches and my mouth...




Open faced burger eh? When I hear "open faced" I always think of an open faced roast beef po-boy. Served that way because of all the gravy that has made the thing unable to be picked up.
