Flatline in DOTM?

Remember the Con scientist who experimented on Arcee and her sisters in the ROTF graphic novel "Tales Of The Fallen"? He also appeared in the DOTM prequels "Rising Storm" and "Foundation".
Do you guys think he could wind up being in the new movie?
