That time has LONG passed... we will never be seeing those in the wild again.
The generations line featuring Skids got a second distribution a year later because there was still demand for the wave. I don't see why this wouldn't happen again with this line. Never say never, especially when there is precedent for the opposite.
Seems like an even bigger longshot. When the Skids wave was redistributed it was while Hasbro was still releasing figures in that style with that packaging. Now that everything has changed to Combiner Wars it seems unlikely that they'd mix in old non-combining figures.

This right here. Anything is possible sure, but Hasbro has moved on. The only non-CW Generations still for sale at stores are the shelfwarmers... there hasn't been any new stock for months. They could pull a BW Inferno when they resold the overstock at the tail-end of BW, but with that same line they never did a rerelease of TMII Blackarachnia, or any end-of-the line assortment within the brand for that matter really (which is what BA, Arcee, and Chromia were all a part of). There may be "precedents" of rereleases, but there's more precedents of shortages.
If there is overstock, they will more than likely be sold at Ross and such, but I doubt they plan on making more. They could also repackage them, that is always possible, but again that's always just overstock. That's never end-of-the-line stuff. These guys were just shortpacked
