but after seeing the nascars im going to say its motormaster and all that stuff about wreckers is just bayllocks.

besides you just KNOW bay will want to do a prime on motormaster chicken race.

might even explain why it looks so bad now.

My gut feeling is that this is a human tanker connected to the NASCAR weapon cars.

That said this would make an awesome Scourge. If this isn't a TF in the movie, use if for a Scourge update.

I'm really getting a Wreck-gar vibe from this, unfortunately.

Might be a cool toy but they'll probably make it annoyingly small like TF1's Bonecrusher.

As much as I like the first film and certain aspects of ROTF, the robot designs like Ironhide, the Twins, Scalpel and now that Einstein bot are really souring me on the films. That and of course, the annoying attempts at humour. Could be redeemed though if some Con steps on Leo.

You know, I could see that Einstein head on this truck really being Wreck-gar, unfortunately.

on this one, the MACK Bulldog has been covered over, if you look at it closer, you can see the points on 'its' head, same as Mixmasters ornament in ROTF

That truck would definitely scare kids away at least lol

I like the idea of the nets looking like battledress. Very Predator. Another look on a bot (the Einstein) struck me as predator influenced a few weeks ago.

The fork-things on the front just *scream* feet but the covered up symbol also whispers trap.

Looking in detail:This thing didn't come from in the city.Generic city impound lots wouldn't house ex military vehicles, provided this is ex mil and not owner painted. There's rope all over the cab door on standby for human use, and the guts of the back cab compartment have been removed,showing access by humans via more nets...There is a depot the Autobots drive into during the footage where we first learnt of the fire truck.Could it have been rusting there and got recomissioned for combat by Simmons or someone? The desperate plan B jaloppy?

Can any experts identify an explosive mechanism looking thing anywhere on this monster? It's the only way I can concieve of it being used as a weapon- mobile bomb, maybe with custom explosive cocktail.If we spot one,it's surely a Human faction bot-hunter.

Maybe a con henchman of Shockwave planet drops into a scrapyard, or else it's a Jetfire era sleeper (maybe even wreck-Gar himself) revitalized by some additional allspark leftover, or secret military rewired Sun Harvester component.
(BTW- riddle me this:Which nation 'controls' the tomb of the primes and the SunHarvester in TF3?? I daresay we're better off not reminding ppl they existed, like certain characters).

Possibility Initiative or military members learnt to create psuedo transformers? Nah, way to early in the human involvement calendar...at least logically speaking...

...but I DO like the idea of the nets behaving like tribal pattern battledress.

Firstly: I don't think this much modification or detail would be put into a background prop. Though that is a good guess, it looks more like something that's going to have a bit more screen-time than a flash in the background.

Second: Kup would make more sense as the vehicle looks like it's beaten to hell while still kicking some robo-ass. However, the "Old man who tells stories" bit has already been done in the second movie, and Bay doesn't really seem the type to do the same jokes over again.

Third: I would think that this guess would proove to be correct. He was used recently, he is rather junky looking, and it would seem like the sort of character who's alien enough for Bay to want to humanize the most. Because remember: while these robots are aliens from another planet and should look it in their robot forms, they should still have accents and personalities that are two dimentional steriotypes of every ethnic group on Earth, I just wonder what sort of accent he'll end up giving this guy.

Of course, this is all speculation and he could end up being Ratbat.

All kidding aside..I get this feeling that it will be MotorMaster + Nascar's a.k.a (Wreckers)a.k.a(really the Stunticon's in disguise) framing the autobot's for the crimes against humanity.

whoever that bot/con is let's hope he gets to go out in a blaze of glory.

Except for the videos and pictures of the Nascarbots fighting alongside the NEST peeps and Autobots from the Chicago shoot and all evidence thus presented to the contrary, that MIGHT make sense. If you throw out all the evidence we've seen, then you're probably right.

Are you kidding? That tanker has FLAMMIBLE written on it. In Bay-speak that pretty much means "this container is packed to the brim with every high explosive and incendiary device known to man and alien and will go BOOM at the drop of a hat...BOOM is teh secks!" Blaze of glory is an understatement. I just hope Bay leaves some of Michigan Avenue intact after he blows it up. It's kinda a nice road.

He can blow up Wrigley Field though...no one would notice the Cubs were missing...

BTW, "hater-napalm" is my new favorite phrase.
