A darker secret unfolds on why the fallen wants the sun harvester. The sun harvester can power the Allspark, which can give rise to many living forms, or give power to a great entity. At the dawn of the universe, a great entity known as Unicron was created. With his brother Primus. Unicron tried to conquer the universe, destroying all who defies him. He wants to be a god. But Primus stopped him. He defeated Unicron by snatching away his life source, the Allspark. So Primus formed to be Cybertron. He used the Allspark to create the First Cybertronians. So while venturing the universe for a lifeless Solar System, The Fallen met the weakening Unicron. The Fallen saw His floating remains. Unicron, Using the energy residue of the Allspark to live, mind- controlled the Fallen. So when The Fallen returned, he was different. He began destroying Solar System with or without life.

So the Fallen is gone, Only Megatron. While returning to their homebase, Unicron created a wormhole so he could talk to Megatron. Unicron wants the Allspark fragments to be taken by Megatron to revive him. In return, he will create an army for Megatron to lead and he will repair Megatron. But Megatron refused. So Unicron forced him and rebuilt him into Galvatron. Unicron created Megatron's new army,
including Blitzwing, The Combaticons, Cyclonus, Scourge, and the Sweeps.

I really like that story. Thing is though I am very dubious about Unicron even so much as stepping into the Movieverse, All I want is for the third film to be the last one that will wrap up the series in a positive aspect.

But i don't like to see the Autobots fighting Unicron. Just an introduction for Unicron and uhm... to connect Unicron with the Allspark. Without the Allspark, what is the POINT of the war. It all started with the Allspark

Saw it the first time when it was called the 86 movie, didnt like it a whole lo then either.

I'm just speaking for myself here, but I would really not want to see Unicron in the next movie, or even the next Transformers series. He essentially boils down to a giant plot device; he has no personality beyond wanting to eat. In addition, he literally cannot interact with the other characters as himself, so we don't get a hint of character development for him.

Finally, how do you stop something like that without resorting to a cheap plot device? Unicron, as he stands, is a character that doesn't make any sense. He would have probably been better off as the same size as another Transformer, so that he can actually show other facets of his character besides eating. The problem with that idea, though, is that the part of a Transformers devil was already fulfilled by the Fallen, and Optimus already ripped his face off, so he can't come back.

As for the Solar Harvester, there's no point in using the thing again; the first thing Optimus did when he flew up to the pyramid was to blow up the Harvester (showing that this version of Optimus has brains to back up his fighting prowess). That was pretty much the climax of the movie. Kicking Megatron's and the Fallen's butts was simply cleaning up loose ends.

Don't you think that Unicron is good for movie mysteries. Of course I don't like to see Autobots to kick Unicron's butt. Just an introduction to Unicron. Also to connect the Allspark with Unicron.
Maybe a race to stop Unicron. Autobots fight Decepticons to stop them from reviving Unicron.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the sun harvester is used to recharge the Allspark, which can create life. If you remember in the movie, a shard can create life. It means maybe the sun harvester will be used to power the shard that Ravage stole. That shard could revive Unicron.

So why Unicron wants to conquer other Planets? Of course he could use the organisms to fight resistance, or he could use them to make his eating faster by bringing him planets or energy source, making his work easier. Either way I'm cool.
