I don't know if anyone noticed, but at the super bowl so far, I spotted two transformers related things. Right before kick off, there was someone talking about the three super bowls that he has one, i forget who, but in the background, there was the song "Arrival to Earth" from the score soundtrack, and I believe, i couldnt see very clearly, the drummer for Tom Petty looked like his hat had a decepticon symbol on it, that one i may be mistaken about.

That was Troy Aikman talking about his past Super Bowls. Incidentally, there were segments prior to the start of the game with the various players talking about teamwork and etc. that were scored with other tracks from the TF movie score, too.

Personally, though...I do love the break lead-ins plugging the sponsors where Fox's NFL robot dude gets smacked around by a Terminator endoskeleton (to promote The Sarah Connor Chronicles).

Thanks for telling me, I really wasn't paying attention, I'm so freaking sick. Ive just been laying here listening to it. I did like the Terminator fight thing too, my roommate just said that same thing.

even though I love Transformers, Terminators still scare the crap out of me. No joke.

But at least now I know there was another reason not to watch this game. First, I don't like football. hate it actually. And now they have the terminator? Sheesh, Looks like I'm missing Petty and the Heartbreakers afterall. lol

i was working while the superbowl was on but we had the gam on tv...i swear that the superbowl robot thing was jazz at first and when it was fighting the terminater i was like "wf!?!?! jazz and the terminater!?!?!" lol then i realized what it was..thats a kewl designed dude..

That FOX NFL robot, which has been with them for some years, struck me as so bloody TF-like when I first saw it, I about fell over! Earlier this season, FOX Sports held a contest to name the maggot...and they came up with, of all the dern-fool-idgit names, they called it "CLEETUS"! I was like "WTF???!!!"

I heard Cleetus was supposed to take on a Terminator at Super Bowl, and I wished upon a star that the Terminator would KILL that stupid thing! Since I missed the game.........

.........did Cleetus die???

The fights were funny, but what happened in the last one? It looked like two more robots came or something. And after seeing the trailer for Iron Man during the commercials, the FOX robot looks like Iron Man in pads.
