My best guess as to why is that maybe Hasbro are making a new Cybershark toy in the near future (or a new Sky-Byte with the intention to repaint it into Transmetal 2 Cybershark), and this reissue ensures that the "Maximal Cybershark" trademark is freshly minted and ready to use for a new toy. This probably isn't the case, but it kind of makes sense to me.
Yes. The Beast Wars Second retool as Hellscream was ever so slightly redecoed (as in a few paint apps were removed and a Decepticon symbol was stamped onto his chest) as Universe Overbite.chuckdawg1999 wrote:Was one of the Cybershark remolds used in a Universe set way back in the early/mid 2000s?

Did you make sure to flip up the bee's head and legs before closing the wing shells?SGMLordMirage wrote:For those who have bought Scorponok, did you have any issues with the left claw not locking back into place? I never owned the original version, so not sure if i am doing something wrong. Its a straight forward process. For now i have it secured with the clear bands that come with it.

It's the 10th Anniversary version with the washed out colors and the tampographed Maximal symbol on his right cheetah shoulder, instead of the original Cheetor deco that the reissue more closely resembles.

Did you think the same about the G1 reissues Walmart got? Cuz those took up just as much shelf space as these currently do.DeathReviews wrote:I know Beast Wars has it's fans - but... these are re-issues. Maybe it would be better if these re-issues were kept as online exclusives at Pulse or something. That way the fans who really like these can order them, while store shelves are used to stock more of the newer, current figures....
