I cannot read it exactly, but next to the big green 6 and Constructicons there are four lines of text. We usually see English, French, Spanish. With the Insecticons, we had Portuguese, too.
My guess is, yes, it does have French, and yes, it can be sold in Québec.

It has been a personal crusade of mine and Kanrabat's. He even set up a thread on a french TF fan site where people can post the letters they send to toysrus to ask for french on the boxes.

if you look at Mixmaster, his drum is going toward the front toward the cab and not away like it did in G1. Sorry guys there is no drum flipping and Mixmaster is not G1 accurate. I personally dont care because it still looks awesome.
