The fact that the two prior uses of the mold have partners and this one doesn't bugs the hell out of me for some reason. Little things like that scratch at my brain.
You dont even need to go to that extent to see that there is a problem. I simply look at the value and realize that in one year, I am paying the same amount for less toy.
Target has the CW deluxes on sale for 11.99, but the Legends figures are still 9.95. Does not compute, especially when there is 4x or more plastic in the deluxe figures.

Doesnt matter for Canada anymore because as of today, TARGET IN CANADA IS NO MORE! They will leave, along with their exclusives, their business, and I have no clue who will take their place. Its pretty crazy actually, there will be 144 stores gone overnight. But we'll see what kind of discount they give us to get rid of their stock. I dont think we'll be seeign the combiner wars before they leave though.

That is crazy and it zucks.william-james88 wrote:Yup, Target in Canada is now a thing of the past after only 1 year and ten months of it being open. Pretty nuts, I have no clue how that vacum in retail competition and mall space will be filled.

First Aid is just as likely to be first on the scene to help a wounded bot as he is to show up to repair a broken dishwasher. To the Protectobot medic, the greatest enemy is malfunction. Human, bot, or machine - if it's broken, First Aid won't carry on until it's back up and running.
Combine and convert for awesome Transformers action! This Protectobot First Aid figure wields his massive axe in robot mode, and he converts fast to combat vehicle mode whenever he needs to blast past his foes for a rescue. But he can also become an arm or leg when the battle calls for you to build a truly hardcore Defensor warrior! (Other figures sold separately.) Whatever mode your Protectobot First Aid figure is in, he's going to bring maximum carnage to the fight.

I am hoping the same for Hotspot, but I believe it was Chuckdawg that posted, through one of his sources, that Hotspot would be a re-use of OP/Motormaster mold.Gearslide wrote:So if I had to guess, it would seem that Blades will be a retool of Alpha Bravo and First Aid will be a retool of Offroad. And seeing as how Motormaster shares his mold with Optimus, Hot Spot will probably get a new mold. Then Hasbro only needs to make two new figures for it's Deluxe Wave 3 and 1 new Voyager for the Voyager Wave 2 of Combiner Wars.

He better at least have Alpha Bravo's head, if not a new one.
Tsu - you and I share the same hopes and dreams.Tsutsukakushi wrote:Don't think HasTak will re use Three CW toys from wave One and Wave Two for CW Defensor. Think HasTak will re use only one toy for Defensor and it will be a deluxe toy.
Think if any CW combiner stands a great chance of having almost all reused molds it will be Computron. But first there needs to be a CW Bruticus for this to happen, So Brawl can get retooled as Nosecone.
Hoping HasTak does Combiners Wars toys for 2016. So they'll be toys for Computron, Abonimus, Predaking, Bruticus and Piranaking.
