The only way it could get more generic is by saying: "Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons. He is evil. The decipticons are evil. Thus the autobots are good.
I thought it was that the Autobots waged their battle.... Huh.....
"Rage" just makes more sense when battle is concerned, since it's not like the Autobots are always gambling their fights.

And I was thinking how countries wage war on each other. TFwiki says "wage." *shrug*
