I mean, I've *seen* most wave 1 and 3 figures at least once, and I spotted some wave 4 Legends too!
I think.

Surprised everone likes Prowl. No door wings is killing it for me. He needs those. I've actually kinda grown to Ironhide and now am afraid I'll actually get him. Sunstreaker and Mirage look as good as I'd hoped. Instant buys. No OP or Rod for me, even if OP looks cool. That molds does not work for Rod.
Like the Mirage modification, but I actually like him the regular way, it works.
Finally, when I get Hound and Trailbreaker, they with Streaker and Mirage will occasionally combine with cyclonus for a Lost Light combiner with Break and Mirage as legs and Hound and Streaker as arms. The Breakdown mold works well as an arm for me, better than DE or Offroad IMO

Takara is already doing a Runabout deco. And now looking at that message using these molds for bringing back old TFs, I was wondering about the Throttlebots. If Blackjack was used to make the Battlechargers and some throttlebots would we fans call that lazy? Or would we like it?
I never heard a masquerade officially announced, just speculation, and when we got the walmart listings, everyone was trying to fudge the characters into the masquerade model, so yeah...
As for Blackjack, it would only be lazy if some slight retooling isn't done IMO

We are getting (confirmed): Superion and Defensor for G1 combiners and Devastator, Bruticus and Menasor for G1 combiners, with the add-on of Victorion, Sky Reign and Optimus Maximus via other sources now making them G1. To me, that means I am buying 3 autobot combiners (S,D and V), 3 decepticon combiners(D,B and M) and the parts to make a Lost Light combiner(Galv). that all evens out considering Devy is so Fuge. so to my buying, it's fine. for kids who see these on shelves and maybe on mommies computer, those extra autobots are just cool cause you can mash together your own combiner with whoever you find.
To me, this works. yeah, decepticon limbs would be nice, but I'm still ok with the autobot limbs, since they do create other options, as you guys have mentioned with the 8 car limbs, Galvs, Lynx and others

I'm still waiting for a MTMTE styled voyager class Rodimus personally.
You can always get the one that came out earlier this year (or late last year), it's pretty close to his robot mode on MTMTE:
Yeah, idk he looks okay but I can't see him as anything but a red Springer.
I want an IDW MTMTE style Rod too. Voyager works (maybe Titan Wars Targetmaster??? Please???) But Leader would work great too to match Megs and Magnus for size. Cloud is just too much for me, and I want him as his usual bi-mode wing-on-his-back smirking self

I was thinking about this today. I hope at least that since Takara has is doing a runabout then they do a runamuk redeco with a different head of the Blackjack mold. Just a different head and the white colour paint job would do the trick I reckon.

I think rather than the go home be a kid, it's the minute you see it in the store and pick it up that kid feeling pops out. It's one thing to look in the aisle, but as soon as you see it that child-like feeling pops out when you hold it in your hand. Just isn't the same when you look at it on the screen. Major nostalgia.

Yes yes yes! Or in some cases, walk in, see something and spend an eternity wondering if you should give in to the temptation of buying a plastic robot. So you trail through the pegs, pick up boxes, packaging, read things you don't actually care about, try remembering what others have said about it, compare different versions of it to find 'the best one', put it back, pick it up again..
..I need to go to a toy shop, brb.

Well, I mostly buy online nowadays. However when I buy something here i ntown, I go to the same toy store that I've been going to since... 1996? So the staff already knows me very well since I was 3.
