Yeah mine does, I just pose him with one leg slightly behind the other one and it helps to even him out

I don't love his combined mode more than superion and galvatronus, mainly because of his goody-goody/cheesy '80's headsculpt; but I love him, I fin that using blades and first-aid aleviate most of his problems with poseability in the eshoulders, plus, he locks together very well.
Overall I would take 100 re-uses of the hotspot mold before I ever consider buying another op/mm

Aside from no mustache he pretty much looks like every cop I've seen in the 39 years I've spent on earf. What do you mean by goody-goody?

I wish he had a mustache.
I didn't mean it to be insulting, but the new defensor head mold went really over the top to be vaguely human/obviously a cop, I dunno what my problem with it is exactly, mostly that the aviator shades look kinda silly, and not really something a super advanced alien robot, formed from many conflicting minds and personalities, would wear

Well I like him. I find it nice that Superion looks much more agile and streamlined, being an air-focused combiner; while Defensor is much more robust and armored, as he would need to be in order to venture into dangerous disaster-stricken zones and rescue people or bots.
And Devastator is Devastator...
Also, anyone else noticed that the Autobot combiners are much more color corrdinated than the 'Con ones?
I mean Defensor is basically blue, black white and red, while Superion is mostly White, Red, Black and Orange-y
Meanwhile Bruticus and Menasor are all over the place, color-wise.
The above statement is false

I like Defensor as well. Just of the three, he was the least fun to pose and photograph. I felt I was fairly limited to what I could actually get him to do.mtma wrote:william-james88 wrote:carytheone wrote:Same here. I find Defensor the least fun combined, but has some of the cooler limb bots.

To me the head sculpt is congruous with a design aesthetic that was laid down by Takara MORE than 30 years ago. To my eye that esthetic defines a Transformer and separates them from other robot toys.

You're good, wasn't tryin' to call you out, or anything. It's just that, I look at it, and I see all the pic's of the cop (what is he from, terminator 2?) Like I bolded, he has a very humanoid styled face, with the distinctive cheek bones, and the lips and those aviator shades, are just so ridiculous; and I know Galvatronus has almost the same thing, but he is robotic enough for it to not matter (also he is evil, that makes a difference)

Video Review - Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Legends Skywarp
Posted by Va'al Sun Jul 26, 2015 6:27 am
Skywarp completes the G1 Seeker trio quite nicely. Sure it's a repaint of Starscream but that was a solid mold, one I think is much better than the Classics Deluxe mold. Finding this online may be tough due to mark ups and scalping so an in-store purchase may be your best route.
