I would still like to know which figure you like best. Of those pics, Mirage and Prowl looked amazing and I liked how they were different takes on the characters not better or worse, making them coexist in one's collection rather than replacing what came before. But my question is, how do you feel about Prowl with another police car transformer already using the same mold? I know you said streetwise was the best use of the mold so far, has Prowl beaten that? And does either deco or use of the mold become redundant a bit?

Your pics show me how amazing that universe sunstreaker was and how smart that mold was. Both Sideswipe and him were mold brothers while looking to tally different, that was amazing! n car mode, they both look awesome, but I do preffer the older one's robot mode.

And as for Ironhide, I am not a big fan of either of those. They can easily coexist since they are very different takes, but while Prowl totally screams Prowl to me, that Ironhide looks more like the Arms Micron version than the Ironhide I know (though I am totally cool with that alt mode).

I do like these bio cards. It's a little touch, but an appreciated one for people to think of these as characters as well as toys. Plus, these are like the CHUG of bios, incorporating most of the classic elements of the characters over time.

Love the bios. They add so much to the characters. And they take so many cues from both original G1 and IDW G1.

The hunt was useless. the only guys I found were 2 Offroads, 3 Dead ends and many Silverbolts and Primes. And that was between Toys r us, Target and Walmart. disappointing.

There seems to be something lacking from Prowl's bio: I couldn't find the words "prick", "insufferable" or "***hole" mentioned anywhere in there. :-P

I got my hands on Ironhide today but if it turns out Takara will in fact release Ironhide and the rest then I will hold off on opening it up. :VEHI:

I really wish that there were more uses of Rook that I could (easily) buy; he makes a great bulky limb in either form, I just wish that they had either given him hands, or gone full cannon with his arms, because the pseudo-hands are really distracting.

They've teased that they will/are; but I wouldn't expect anything spectacular. Hasbros already have painted rims, and they look as G1 as possible; so unless they retool the chest plates (like sunstreakers) I would probably go ahead with the hasbro release >:oP
