His vehicle mode is cool and his robot mode is alright but his torso mode is literally just a (badly) recoloured Superion.
I'm still seriously considering buying 4 Ironhides for his limbs. Lots and lots of red.

Just out of curiousity, what's the story behind all the matchy matchy combiners?

Fun fact: Scattershot's head is not the same as Superion's. It is painted a gunmetal gray, and (this will really tick Hellscream off) appears to be sculpted in white. So it could have been Computron colored, but we done got Hasbro'ed again.
