Abominus and Pirranacon would need new molds and IIRC Hasbro said they aren't planning beast combiners. Monstructor and Predaking have the same problems
and weren't Scramble City style originally. Liokaiser isn't beasts, but wasn't Scramble City originally either. Battle Gaia would be possible, but they already put out a G2 Bruticus. This, sadly, also means we're unlikely to see a Ruination.
Bruticus Maximus from Energon would be too much like G1 Bruticus and too "potentially confusing" with the same name. Constructicon Maximus would probably be considered redundant with Devastator available, plus it would require new molds.
If they manage to slip Squawkbox into Titans Return, I may regain a tiny bit of the hope I lost when I saw it was going to be almost entirely Headmasters.

Did Wheeljack get something other than a new head and I missed it?

Amen brother. I think Hasbro had ridden the repaint train as long as they can. It's time for them to show there obvious talent and start creating!
I get the feeling that most if not all of their creative efforts at this point are probably going towards Titans Return and either what's left of RiD or the next movie. I'd love to be proven wrong, mind you.

You should probably expect this to be taken out of context at some point.

That point is right now, apparently.
